You should see if you can be the first to leak something, anything at all, even one new piece of info for an already leaked set, like a piece count or something, even just PM it to a mod or something, just to verify that you're legit, because the reality is a lot of people lie about having inside information, far more than actually do have it, so we cant simply take your word for it. If you cant, well, I understand, but if the best you can do is repeat what has already been leaked, well you're not a super useful source unfortunately. And that's fine, not everyone can be, that's not a criticism of you personally.

Do you have your own primary source for that (as in, are you or do you personally know someone who works with TLG and can beyond a shadow of a doubt know what you are saying to be true? Lego store employees dont count, they dont know anything), or are you going off info from other leakers? A few other leakers have already told us about the really big UCS set (and the snowspeeder on may 4th was very much a given), if you're just parroting them, not that I dont appreciate it but we already know. If you know/are a primary source though, this is really helpful, as I believe that would put us at four separate primary/secondary sources on this rumor, and the more the merrier.

Lego might just reveal it on their own terms with a design video. Im fairly sure they've done that before.

I almost hope they dont do the Knights of Ren. If they do all of them, that's fine, or maybe if one or two prove to be much more significant characters than the others. But if they're all more or less equal, and Lego only does one or two of them... ugh, I hate it when they do that. Like when we never got a Seventh Sister minifig. And its completely unreasonable to expect TLG to do all of them.

We've more than seen it, its on shelves. Its starting to show up in the US, and has been available everywhere else since early jan.

How long have you been gone? Yoda's hut was debunked months ago, it was actually Yoda's interceptor.

Oh lets not pretend the legit leakers arent just as frustratingly and arbitrarily cryptic, and never have anything to back them up (except a history of being right, but that has to start somewhere now doesnt it). Lets not pretend that people dont actually find pictures and then refuse to even hint at where they are or how they found them. Hell it happened with the tank, what, two weeks ago? If anything this guy's mistake was claiming he had a public source, that was the biggest inconsistency with actual leaks.

So, was this image posted to the same site? Or were you simply sent the file

Can you give any information on why you had access to these pictures, or why you cant share too much information about them? Or at least tell us that there is a reason, even if you cant tell us what that reason is.

Ok so while I still love the constraction speeder as a build, something way more exciting about it has been made clear: WHITE PNEUMATIC T-PIECE!!! I love that we're seeing that piece come out in new colours, such a tremendously useful piece deserves to be made in as many colours as possible

Well, when I say "the same", I dont mean exactly the same, I mean the same design (obviously mirrored). They wouldnt use a completely different pattern on one grill to the other, it'd be the same but mirrored. And yet a different pattern is what we see. On the ship's left, we see mostly black with thin white bands. On the right, we see thin black bands and thick grey bands. Lighting can account for that if the design is three-dimensional, but if its two-dimensional, then it seems Lego used a different pattern on each grill so as to make the grills look three-dimensional, when looked at from a certain angle in certain lighting conditions, which while possible seems like a verry odd descision.

I can see that working, but compare the near and far grill. While both textures on their own could be stickers, they couldnt be the same sticker, theyre clearly different. The only possibilities are that the two grills have different sticker designs on them, or the texture is 3D. Considering how much it looks like grill bricks, I'd guess the latter.

They look an awful lot like part 2877. Of course, those would make the diagonal edges a problem, but note that we cant actually see the edges of the vent, its hidden behind the white plating. Whatever it is, I dont think a reintroduction of one sticker over multiple pieces is something we'll see, and unless its a new piece, that vent isnt one piece.

Really the snowspeeder is the most accurate UCS set in a long time. Looking back through them, I mean the TIE is a pretty awful attempt at a sphere, the Slave I isn't terrible unless you look at any of the dark red parts, actually the Sandcrawler's perfectly fine I just find it boring, Red Five is probably the worst of the newer UCS sets, being entirely the wrong shape. The B-wing was really the last good looking UCS set IMO.

Remember to download the image, since there's a good chance it'll be taken down. (hey mods, are we actually allowed to call sites hosting leaked images by name? People dont, but I cant find anything in the rules that says we cant name exactly what site/subreddit a leaked image is on, only that we cant link them)

(Assuming this is real) My bet is it comes with one of each. The two black helmeted pilots appear to be identical, as do the three white helmeted ones. There's probably duplicates to show off the double sided face, or just the owner showing off the fact that they managed to get duplicates, I dont think its meant to indicate that the set comes with all 5 of them. It was pointed out on reddit that while the UCS TIE only came with one pilot, TIE Fighters only have one pilot. Snowspeeders have two, so it'd be strange if it came with only one minifig.

Unfortunately I actually like the ships :( Gotta pay full price too, since they're only available online in Australia, so no chance of a sale.

$50 for the landspeeder is worse IMO. An insane 33c per piece, its almost half as expensive as the entire cantina set. Not to mention its roughly twice the price of a battle back, for roughly the same piece and minifig count.

Yes theyre horribly overpriced but its pretty horrible that there are now sets that just arent available here (OK this has been going on for a while, neither the Azure Angel II, the zygerian starfighter, the A-wing vs TIE advanced, or Rex's AT-TE were available here, but literally 50% of star wars sets not made available here were in THIS WAVE, this BS is ramping up). Im sure TLG doesnt consider them overpriced, so its not like that's why they're not available, therefore its possible that a future set which isnt overpriced (HAH, like theyre a thing...) will not be available here.

Well, only half the new star wars sets are out in Australia. The A-wing, Landspeeder, Skiff, and Phantom II aren't getting released in stores here. The y-wing also seems to have mysteriously disappeared off shelves, but at least it was there in the first place

TLJ's a bit different though since it was originally meant to release in May. The TFA sets probably werent finished this time 2015.

I think its worth noting that the 2017 is one of the most overpriced sets to date, costing almost half as much as the entire cantina set.

Well, the reason we assume its a falcon is because CM4Sci, and I believe other reliable sources not 100% sure, have said a Falcon is likely to happen. That seems consistent with a new most expensive set ever. Bigger could just mean a higher piece count, and possibly heavier.

As someone who's been trying to get the money to get a UCS falcon for, well I guess a decade now, I'd absolutely buy a $600 (so probably more like $1000 here in Australia) one in a heartbeat if I could.
