Yeah. I had some ideas on how to fix it since one of the cylinder is just to move the pneumatic valve. They all failed, in fact they made things worse. I did ended up with a new design. It a bit faster, still does not have continuous rotation but the wait between cylinder is slightly shorten. I also made some horses and figure out some up and down angle issue. The horses are a pain to build. I forgot how small of a space I had when using the lego WBE turntable. Maybe I should have 4 horses instead of 6.

Not very fast. In fact it slow. I was hoping to use a pneumatic engine but it does not have the power to turn a turntable with a gear load I had. I decided to keep things simple a cylinder moving a flat gear to move the carousel. It seem to work expect the carousel would move one way as the cylinder move out and return to it starting position after it move back. I had to figure out a one way direction output. After many design I finally got something that move. It not as fast as I hope it would it, a lot better than some of my other design where it move 100x slower. My idea for this contest is a pneumatic carousel. I never work with pneumatic before and I was not sure if it would even work. After going though so many prototype I finally have something to post. Here is my progress so far. Pneumatic is a lot more challenging than I thought.
