So, is there no expansion to the original story then, just the new story packs?
-
Sorry, thought I saw him in the trailer, but it is listed on this press release as a franchise in the game! http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20160609005403/en/Warner-Bros.-Interactive-Entertainment-TT-Games-LEGO

Beetlejuice is in the trailer too!
-
It's just the lighting on the box, he does actually have grey hands
-
At the moment 6 packs have been leaked, for wave 1 they released 20 packs so I cannot wait to see the rest of the packs!
-
Do you get a new portal with the story pack or is that just showing how the Chinese restaurant diorama fits on the portal?
-
So I guess there's going to be an updated starter pack with 4 characters and also an 'upgrade' pack including the 4th character for people who already own the starter pack.
-
I also thought that it could be Elliott from ET when I originally saw that scene
-
Hopefully today we get a teaser featuring a quick glimpse of a blue streak! Then tomorrow of course a full reveal of all the franchises.

SO SO EXCITED TO GET THAT GIZMO FIGURE OH MAN
-
Well they have always claimed they have a 3-year plan so there has to be new levels at some point, but I don't think they would restrict the new levels to a 'new' starter pack. Also, to anyone who doesn't visit r/Lego, Harry Potter has been fully confirmed by our own CM4Sci now, not that we didn't already have a good idea it was coming :P
-
Maybe they're re-releases of the original starter pack BUT including one of the 'connectables'
-
I really hope that GR on the leaked list is Gremlins, would love to have a little Gizmo fig, not sure what the adventure world could be though, same goes with Knight Rider and Mission Impossible if we get those, not sure what the adventure worlds could consist of.

If we actually end up having a character voiced by Tom Cruise in this game then it could really show that there is no limit to what they're able to do in LEGO Dimensions.
