Greetings Eurobricks! I don't know how you choose to store your LEGO star wars sets, but for me I have them all on shelves with ships either in landing mode or in flight on a stand with the minifigures standing neatly in front of the display. Some sets just look better in flight such as the X-Wing or ARC-170. I'll show more picture later, but for now here's my custom ARC-170 stand.

Greetings, Eurobricks! Today I compared two ARF Trooper helmets and the visers were different. Has anyone else seen this? I believe the correct one is on the right.

How to store Lego instructions?
Frolando22 replied to legolijntje's topic in General LEGO Discussion
That's exactly what I do. I've got a drawer for Star Wars, drawer for CITY, drawer for Mars Mission, etc. -
It looks like an MOC made from the 7655 Clone Troopers Battle Pack. I like the ewoke picture.
-
Well, there are clone scout troopers which are not the same, but similar. (I wouldn't mind one of these either, but the picture is without a doubt, an ARF Trooper...but the possibility of it just being a stand-in, still remains)
-
They don't have to go somewhere. We've had a few nice sets without them. I really don't mind the spring missiles though. (Except when you bump the set, the missile fires, and blows up the set displayed in front of it )

I think it has to be a Star Wars set. My bet is that its a Camo-ARF or perhaps not an ARF at all. TLG has pulled tricks on us before. But either way, I'm going to try my best to get it.

Looks like we get flick-fires on the cargo sled insted. Double

Do you "correct" sets as you build?
Frolando22 replied to Siegfried's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I do that to. It just looks better. -
Greetings, Eurobricks! As some extreme Star Wars fans might know, today is Star Corps Day (3/27). To celebrate I have made some new customs. Enjoy. Commander Bly Sniper Captain Deviss Star Corps Trooper I know some may be messy, but I'm new to customizing so take it easy on me.

Star Wars: 327th Star Corps

Thanks, starwarsfanatic! They're still a bit messy, but I like them alot. -
I really like it. It fits in with the modern TIE-Fighters like Darth Vader's TIE or TIE Defender. I'm so glad you didn't use blue!
-
Yes, they should if you want the official version, but the green is the same on both mini-figs and I think it looks pretty good. As for a change of print, do you suppose it went from good to bad or bad to good?
-
That's what I thought about my first one, but then I compared it to the one on the box and it just didn't seem right.
-
Interesting...it looks TLG's ARF Troopers are getting out of hand.

That last one is amazing, WampaStompa. I love the arm positioning! The blast-lighting just blows me away. Keep them coming!

Wow! That's worse than I thought! I wonder if this is intentional for some reason. KimT, Thanks for blogging it!

...when your house is lit up by LEGO power function bricks... ...you have memorized the instructions for all your LEGO Star Wars UCS sets... ...you talk to your LEGOs LEGO...

I'm not unhappy with it at all. Its not that bad, but I do like the one on the right better. Kinda sounds like the one on the right is the rarer of the two . Oh well, at least the helmet's the right shape.
-
I like that last one, Painter Yed. Its kind ironic for me because Wedge happens to be my favorite character and I believe its about time he was upgraded from a smiley face.

What're your favorite and least favorite Star Wars minifigures?
Frolando22 replied to Darthking623's topic in LEGO Star Wars
My favorite is either Commander Fox, Cloud City Boba Fett, or a Scout Trooper. -
I agree with you, DarthR2-D2. I love those 2003 Clone Wars episodes and I think it is about time TLG takes them into consideration.
-
Oky Wan Kenobi: yours are simply studdering. Not only are the jokes laugh-out-loud-funny, but the photography is amazing! Keep them coming please! Everyone else's are great too. The ARF trooper ones never seem to get old.

If TLG continues its pattern, the next two battle packs will be OT sets. I predict that they will be Endor packs for the 30th anniversory of ROTJ. Rebels: 3 commandoes 1 ewok catapult some sort of made up speeder Imperials: 2 stormtroopers 1 scout trooper 1 "death star trooper" speeder bike some sort of turret
