Star wars 212th Cody's Battalion
Frolando22 replied to brickplace custom's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
That's what I thought too. The only accurate one is Cody's DC-15s. But like I said before, the customs are flawless . -

Nice customs . My favorite is the Airborne trooper. -
I use this desk for customizing, building, and taking photos: I know is is off-topic, but I also have a unigue-parts tool box:

...when your collection is bigger than your local Wal-Mart. ...you suck up a common stud in the vacuum and empty the bag to find it. ...almost considered selling your whole collection and becoming a billionaire. ...take more photos of LEGO than family members. (I'm guilty of that )

Great model! As Jedd and Lightning have said, it is almost flawless. I was going to say that you didn't have the fold-out langing gear, but I looked at a different angle and saw that you did have it. You must have studied a picture very closely to make it this accurate. And I'm no Brickdoctor, but you might want to somehow add come rear flaps. Otherwise, great MOC .

Greetings, Eurobricks! Today I would like to present to you my custom 501st Stormtroopers. The army: The Commander: The Sniper: Custom E-14 Sniper: Let me know what you think. (The smudge on the commander is semi-intentional )

Hello Eurobricks, this time I fiddled around with some new techniques and made a Clone Marine. I am still new to customizing and would like to know what you think. I know the paint is the wrong shade of red, but it's all I have right now. (This isn't exactly the finished project, but it's the first step.)

That's the 2010 Bariss Offee face.

It's kind of hard to tell by the pictures, but from what I can see they look pretty good. I like the design methods you used. Try to improve the picture quility though.

Star Wars: 501st Stormtroopers
Frolando22 replied to Frolando22's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
That's a good idea. Especially for my skill level . It would be easier to do that because clone helmets do not have as much intends as stormtroopers. I just did stormies because I like them better and I've seen alot of custom 501st clones lately. I'll keep working on different paint methods and post them as soon as they look better than these. Thanks for those encouraging words. But I would like to hear about the flaws I've made so I can improve them. Yes, I like it too. It is all my design except I had no idea you could put a blck pin on a blaster scope until I saw it in one of Masked Builder's MOCs. Thanks, Masked! -
Oh no, here we go again

Star Wars: 501st Stormtroopers
Frolando22 replied to Frolando22's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Thanks for the comments guys. I know the paint is very messy. It's my first customization and I still have a long way to go. One of the reasons I joined this forum is to learn from great customizers like you. As for the gun, I'm much better at that becaue it doesn't require any paint. -
As soon as I say this listed in the forums, I felt a great disturbence in the Force. But this is a great model. It's my favorite BARC yet, and the first UCS BARC I've seen.

Thanks for the comment, I'll try to eat neater next time -
Oh, I can see how that works now. Good job, I really like the hand-blaster-cannon-design. I tried to find even a minor flaw to give you something to work on, but I couldn't find any.

Fixed it. Thanks for pointing that out. -
I've been eagerly waiting this V6. I think it is just about perfect. I don't think amini-fig can sit on it, but that's ok because official mini-figs are the wrong size anyway. This is a HUGE improvement from V1.

How about smaller sections of the Jedi Temple? (Ex. training room, council chambers, library, etc.) Like the Jabba's Palace sets in 2003. Then we could have new Jedi in smaller sets. (I don't think TLC will jump on that though )

Star wars 41 st Elite Corps Kashyyyk

These guys look great! I've always loved the 41st Elite Corps. My favorite is the Heavy Trooper. (Is that a sniper rifle that he's got?) -

Here's my Imperial army (which would just quilify for a squad under some other armies in this topic) And as a bonus, my 501st Stormtroopers: -
I've seen this before. When I got the 2009 Battle of Endor, I got a 2010 Han Solo face.
-
That one is great, WampaStompa. I love how the tallest one is only over 1.5".

I would just like to see a Clone Wars Padme. Sure, we're getting a new one in 2011, but that one is from Episode I. I know you could make a Clone Wars Padme by putting her head on Mon Mothma or something, but it still wouldn't be a TLC released Padme. Also we need a new Wedge Antillies. He is my favorite character from the OT and the last time we saw him he had a plain old smiley face .

Show Your Army, Navy, and Collection Display
Frolando22 replied to BillytheKid's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Here's my Rebel Army. I know these are more of squads than armies, but I thought I'd show them anyway. The Leaders The Army: The Flight Corps: The Cold Assualt Group: The Strike Team: The Blockade Corps: That's it. Imperials are next.
