You know what, my friend actually recommended that to me and he even linked the instructions for me. I didn't use it though... -
I actually just got it the other day at my Lego store. I put it next to my Grand Emporium and now I have a couple of corner buildings. It is a great set.

It looks good. My friend has it and it looks just like the Chinese theater in Hollywood, just compacted. I don't know, your decision.
