So while this isn’t confirmed there is a possibility of a March release for the SoG sets, in the US at least, as the Lego Stores are now getting information for the January release and SoG sets weren’t on that list as of yet. Keep in mind this isn’t confirmed or denied as not all of the information has been received by Lego Store so take this with a grain of salt and I found this out on Instagram

I guy on Instagram found a website and put it on his story and it said something like recreate your favorite Lego Ninjago Movie scene with the 4 brand new sets releasing October 27, and it had a picture of the quake mech

I’m not sure how official this is but it seems pretty legit but wave 2 of TLNM is coming October 27 in countries over seas. Seems legit as the dude I saw this from also saw the price tags for the Quake Mech and Volcano lair at his local Lego store

Pictures of the back of TLNM wave 2 sets are out now and I saw them on Instagram overall they have alll the play feature shown on the front, but of course how to activate some of them, and I think the records on Coles mech can spin, a nice touch if u ask me

In another, very blurry, leak of the Katana V (I believe that’s the name) it has what could quite possibly be the official piece count and it’s 124 not sure if that’s the preliminary one (because it still has the logo) but it maybe the official count we’ll just have to wait and see UPDATE: Nevermind that is not the piece count as a leak of the Street Jaguar Race I think it’s called has the exact same piece count and has the preliminary logo on it

The SoG Lloyd was just leaked looks really good and the green looks different than it did in the sneak peak for some reason but that just might be me, and does this figure look odd without the shoulder armor or is that just me again

Is it possible that there are 6 oni masks to go in each of the 6 SoG sets to make each mask exclusive and give more people a reason to buy all the sets

True but they’re fairly close to official versions as we can see what minifigures are in the set and what all the set does and see the sets in a clearer form

Some leaked images of the boxes are out but they have the preliminary logo on it but they all look very official I think the preliminary logo is there to prevent people from showing them on YouTube and stuff Here are the sets with those leaked boxes: Ninja Nightcrawler, Temple of Resurrection, Klaw vs Samurai X, and Spinjitzu Master Cole

From what I can tell it is a new piece and in some pictures it looks like you can have that armor piece on a quiver piece on as well.

For those who haven’t seen it yet there r clear pictures of Zane, Jay, and Nya all in there SoG suits and one shows Zane’s face which looks very cool imo and looks a lot like his show variant and the back of the head is similar to the HoT one bit has some more detail to it

Overall I’m seriously impressed with the SoG figures all of them look great especially the ninja with Zane’s new suit being my favorite suit ever thus far and the bikers r great and incredibly detailed. I love how the four armed one uses the same upper torso piece as TLNM Garmadon and the Purple girl is so creepy but it helps make her a better figure overall imo

The new figures look great, love the new half of the mask for Lloyd and the whole of the masks for jay to help with some more diversity in custom ninja, but do think jay is a little too blue but maybe that’s just me and the one in the sets will be more toned down

From what I’ve seen critics have been criticizing the movie for not falling in line with the other Lego movies rather than reviewing it as it’s own standalone film and it needs to be review that way as the LCU doesn’t have one movie happen after another like the MCU and they all so far have their own style that gives them that charm
