More like "is it built yet?"

    [MOC] UT-60D U-Wing - SB00101 UCS

I think the comment was a tongue in cheek response to all the new users suddenly clamouring for the instructions, no malice intended. I put the demand down to this being an excellent moc that has inspired many people to sign up and ask the question rather than view as a guest.

I'm sorry, but that figure looks like a fan made figure at best and what's with everyone being so angry in the Star Wars universe? Did some work experience kid accidentally set the angry clone head production to 1 million many years a go and now we're stuck with those hideous things forever?

Lol. Putting spring loaded shooters on the UCS MF, he's got an evil sense of humour.

Got to go with that coiffed hair look on the left. When you see that it just screams smooth talking cad lando. The hair on the right is a great piece but a bit generic for charismatic ladies man Lando.

To be fair @Forest westly they have been warned by three separate mods to take a deep breath and relax in a more than friendly way. When new wave information is starting to hit the web like it is now, many people like to read through this topic for substational information and not have to read through pages of some random folk entering a mega block measuring contest with each other for some unknown reason.

I believe the chest printing is different too. This new trooper has a thinner blue band across the top rather than a completely blue chest plate like the old one?

Great news then. Bricks and pieces to the rescue and no need to pay silly eBay prices for our friends across the pond.

Are they not on the Lego bricks and pieces site in America like they are in Europe? I bought 2 heads and a spare body to mix and match with other droids. If they aren't, it would seem odd that Lego is willing to sell so many of the figures cheaply to one part of the world but not release it in another region.
  10. Pure mad genius brilliance going on here. So much creativity and attention to detail in a well executed, cohesive moc. The swooshing lightsabre is amazing use of pieces.

I'm holding off buying the scout in any significant numbers as it must be due a major update when next released. It just looks really dated now when compared to other troopers, the helmet in particular.

This is not my image but looking around the web this is the same thing I saw in the store. http://s78.photobucket.com/user/shaz2sxy/media/FB_IMG_1493744053711_zps3vihepro.jpg.html

Are you getting the current R2-D2 promo mixed up with this upcoming R3-M2 offer?

LEGO Star Wars 2017 Pictures and Rumors

This may be common knowledge but the R3-M2 polybag will be a free giveaway in U.K. lego stores/Lego online from 7th May-31st May. Free with any Lego Star Wars purchase.

Maybe so many dismissed the internal memos because they were released on April 1st, maybe, it's a genuine piece of news. Releasing a leak on Aprils fools won't be the best way to gain traction with a huge leak though. Some of the language used in that falcon memo is either very tongue in cheek or bordering on "we can resell any old tat to these people at any price we choose" given their their track record of releasing assault on hoth and re-reissue of the deathstar. That internal memo does smack of rehash if I'm honest which would be very disappointing. The original is now looking a bit dated by today's building standards. I hope it's fake, because if it's true then that memo tells me Lego don't care as much and are taking the piss out of us too.

Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here

You would probably be better off buying it second hand on eBay or bricklink as the figs and speeder you do not need are the cheapest part of the set. I imagine you would have to pay a high price for the sandtrooper and dewback especially if bought separately. Then you have the other five figs and parts to buy from multiple orders. Just less hassle buying it as a set in my opinion. Maybe this could be moved to general questions in the pinned topics by a friendly mod

Clearing stock of the MF ready for the USC Falcon later in the year? Part of me was expecting a 40% discount on assault on hoth, which would have been an instant purchase from me, anyway, some really nice deals there. Some surprisingly great offers in fact!

Brilliant stuff and thanks for the link Swiss. I have something similar and those draw sizes are perfect for smaller sorting of pieces.

[VIDEO] Millennium Falcon Slow Motion Crash

This doesn't damage the bricks believe it or not. My death star fell off a wardrobe and smashed into thousands of pieces and not one piece was broken or bent. I wish I had it on film because it looked awesome! The model acts like a huge crumple zone and the impact energy is distributed to all the individual pieces that break apart. I'm no brick scientist but I'd guess it's better the drop a huge model with thousands of small pieces rather than large pieces.

    [MOC] Jedha

Great job, the buildings have fantastic detail and texture for this scale but the mini hovertank is my favourite. It took me a few seconds to realise that wasn't a full sized tank so that's testament to how accurate it looks.

LEGO Star Wars 2017 Pictures and Rumors

It's an odd figure line up and not that imaginative but let's face it this is a release where the set is the main selling point and not the figures. I need to get a saving jar on the go.

LEGO Star Wars Pricing Discussion Thread

Supermarkets are always a great place to buy heavily reduced battlepacks. Managed to get 9 of the last rebel battlepacks for about £3 a set. Only problem is their sales are so random and stock flies off the shelf because it's so cheap.

    Updating Your Minifigs

I think the Saw Gerrera problem may have been solved with the new CMF series. The retro spaceman (middle first row) is a perfect base for the figure. It has nice printed arms and dual moulded legs in the right colours. I would rub off the orange flashes on the torso, put the Ironman aqua suit armour on it, give it a robot right leg and bingo!!

    Storage and Sorting LEGO

@swisstony, Would you be able to tell me where you got the yellow sorting stack from? I'm assuming your from the UK like me because of the 3-pin plug socket and that user name . Sorting lego is like making love to a beautiful lady... First you have to make sure your bits fit in the appropriate sized slot, are her draws well lubricated? allowing for easy access. But most importantly does she allow you to quickly get your hands on the bits you really want. If you are just a bloke from Switzerland called Tony, please accept my apologises for the obscure 90's comedy references from England.
