  1. As much as everyone is hurting or upset about the situation the lead time on lego projects would be more than six months. Lego would be better to release the parts via bricks and peices. Zero development time and no packaging costs. It seems to me a number of people have no idea of costs and time invested in getting a product to market
  2. One would think so. However the scalpers have well and truly been out in force. Personally if love to see them get stiffed but that's not going to be the case. The one thing that has surprised me is the ratio of sets per head of population. A rough guide is at least 1200 sets where released here.
  3. Rocking horseshit is easier to get..
  4. It remains to be seen whether stores in the US and Europe and Australian sell 42113s by calculating I'd say 1000 to 1200 where shipped to nz given the numbers per store and stores
  5. 1642 refer the peices part count
  6. Question for European and American members . Will the shipped stock be sold or will it all be returned to lego? In nz shipped stock can be sold hence why Ebay is full of 42113 auctions
  7. The battery box is currently only available with this set.
  8. This person is a well known lego collector and reseller in Christchurch nz. And has over ten in his possession and jim if I could swear on this forum is call him a !@#$.. however once the us and Europe sell stock it will be the same I'm sure. It's been madness here in nz people just clearing the shelves
  9. I think jim needs to change your nick to king of the Mack's. Very nicely done
  10. Oh my God what nanny state do you live in....oh wait... its lego for !@#$ sake not some dangerous machine
  11. I feel sorry for the designer but also some of you lot need to pull your heads in. What is done is done. Its lego you can re create it.. Yes I'm disappointed I worked for Boeing for fifteen years this would be a set that I would love on my shelf. And at the time of the tlg group announcing the 42113 I was surprised given the origins of the airframe. Still I don't think two twats with manbun hairdos was the reason that tlg cancelled 42113.
  12. They have been pulled from the shelves of one of the largest lego retailers in nz some people who where lucky to get them.
  13. Rather off topic don't you think? The second thing? Is it really your work when companies are writing your papers... thirdly is that cheating?
  14. Share the instructions sure.... that will be $5.90 please and this looks nothing like a w900. Call it a long nose American truck might be better..
  15. I really like the clean and tidy look of this moc. It's very well done. I spent a lot of time in my youth on Harlam tugs more for aircraft than baggage trolleys. Brings back some very cool memories.

    Kenworth K100

There's a number of suttle details that unless your a diehard truck spotter or you happen to own a k100 or two are very well done. A lot of love has been lavished on the truck and reefer I would certain love this on my shelf.
  20. It's just under a hour away from being the 19th here and life had somewhat got well in the way of tc18 though I did enjoy getting time to play with lego. A brilliant number of entries and I look forward to voting so a huge well done to everyone
