You should go to the LEGO site and test.. Do a comparison of the amount of bricks you get for a licensed set and a normal set like the creator ones... Even with 'normal' exclusive sets you get more of your money's worth...

licensed sets are always more expensive because they have to pay off getting a license.. Star Wars license is known for being quite expensive...

brickshop.nl is quite a reliable source.. finally some real news about the new modular.. It makes me really happy..

You can still get one!!! for a lot of money though.. The idea of a pet shop is actually really starting to win on me..

The marina reminds me of the fire station a few years back.. Just a bunch of walls and windows put together.. Not a good period for lego.. That marina was awesome!!!! I got that when I was little and I think it's still one of the best sets ever!

I can also buy it already if I want to... In Belgium it's available at Dreamland...

All possibilities are just rumors.. There is no hard evidence for any of them.. Everybody is trying to search for 'clues' in the previous modulars.. The release isn't even known, I thought.. Or is it??

too bad though.. I'd love to finally get a glimps of the 2011 modular.. :(

I like this building a lot.. I would love to see it in real life.. I see a lot of the techniques of existing modulars in it am I right..

Hi everyone, I'm PL and I'm new to this forum and I wanted to be the first topic I posted to be about something I'm working on. I'm from Belgium and I recently started building LEGO again. That's why I wanted to join here. What I have here is something I started working on today.. It's not quite finished so don't trash me too hard. ^^ I also don't have a lot of 'new' lego, so I'ts made out of fairly old pieces. And because it's still a WIP a dressed it like if it's a building site... Hope you like it a little.

well not much interior yet I'm afraid.. exept for 3 little cupboards integrated in the walls.. you know the 2x3 closets... The general idea it started with was using garage bricks to go down when the store is closed.. I'm working on the interior and the rest of the floors..
