The head seems real - printing corresponds with the usual lego quality (thickness etc.). I think they changed/adjusted their production process with the Lego Movie 2 cmf series and are propably continuing with this series. Some pieces aren't made in the chinese factory anymore. Clues are the visible torso neck marks on some of the Lego Movie 2 minifigures, while the chinese torsos from the Harry Potter series (and previous series) all had no markings. It could have been a decision they made after the subpar qualtiy of some of the Harry Potter cmfs (or for different reasons). They are now shipping the pieces seperately produced by different factories/subcontractors and sometimes prepackaged (i.e. the smaller tranparent foil packages inside the LM 2 series) to put them in the final (now larger) foil package. So maybe the head was the only piece produced for the Hades minifigure at that particular factory (the one that still had the mould for the ghost-rider head). Injection molding tools aren't cheap to produce and maintain, especially for multi-component molding like that head would require -

They also produced the female vampire acolyte of Balthazar in physical form with purple crystal hair (which can be seen at 3:12 on the bottom left). As they look both like finished minifigures and not just prototypes, it's likely they will both be released in the spa set -
Just2good bought the Oni pack at a Lego Store today (according to his latest haul video). So it is coming out today - at least in the States

Only the face print and torso print are new for Ollivander. Honestly I doubt he's a cmf. There haven't been any early cmf leaks since they moved the production completely to china

That's the new versions of Harry and Ron I was talking about. And this pic also confirms my information of Filch being in the whomping willow set. You can see him standing on the wall section on the right

Ron's face print has dark orange eyebrows (look at the great hall pics and the leaked forbidden forest ron). The face print of the Gryffindor boy/Seamus? has brown eyebrows. It isn't even a new print. It's the same as Tim's from 75932 Velociraptor Chase. Btw they reused Lex Murphy's face print for Susan Bones in the great hall set as well, so that could be the same case with seamus. I have to check with my source, if any set had an extra gryffindor. He described the quidditch set as kind of a remake with updated minifigs and a small side build. Maybe the leaker just used the torso with other parts from the factory.

Some sets were shown exclusively to retail sellers. Let's say I know someone... These are not cmf leaks, but all minifigs from sets. Concerning the Gryffindor boy, I'm not sure if there were any spectators in the quidditch set but he might be from that set

The grey hair piece is a new mold for 2018. It also comes in light yellow in the new city hospital (https://www.brothers-brick.com/2018/04/25/lego-city-60204-hospital-revealed-news/). The black hair piece in the rapunzel set is also new

Did anyone notice the hairpiece they are using at toy fair as a stand-in for Dumbledore's new one? It's the new Han Solo hair piece in light bluish grey - perfect for an updated old Han figure

I have to correct myself, 19 stickers. "Gaze into the Mirror of Erised with Ron and change the picture ", which means the mirror has 3 interchangeable panels. The brickbuilt Fawkes is most likely behind the mirror

You forgot the backside of the banners. The set description mentions "two reversible house banners", that means there are also stickers on the back... Either from Slytherin to Gryffindor or there are actually Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff stickers included! So I count at least 18 stickers

Glad to see the octopus head is indeed a seperate piece like the angler and puffer fish heads! At 2:02 on the backside of the leaflet it is clearly depicted as a seperate headpiece to be added after the scuba gear -

I guess the shark heads are one piece because of their quality standards and stability requirements. If you look closely at the way, they designed the shark head with the open mouth, the part of the lower jaw would be too fragile to be molded as a seperate piece. If he has the minifigures already, could he share some photos of them on reddit or somewhere else? Some side views and pictures of the back printing would be really nice -

I doubt that it is one piece because you can see the battery printing underneath on the armour. It would be highly unlikely that they went throught the trouble of applying print to such a small spot, if they could just reuse an existing piece and put the octopus as a seperate piece on top... -
