I love how the ships aren't exactly historically accurate (I like my ship a little different)

I have Book 697-1 Its great and full of more than just pirate sets there is castle, space, city, and a mixture of all at the back.

Interesting points Horry, I was hoping to make a brickfilm with the frigate so I didn't care if it was accurate or not (Can't wait for the ship your building )

I just finished reading Gulliver's travels and both red and blue coats are similar to that of the factions in the story(Lilliput and Blefuscu)

personaly i like having a third party.Redcoats and Bluecoats are about the same but another nation would add a new range of possibilities such as alliances or new wars to be fought. But enough of my ideas. I think that the Bluecoats and the Redcoats are the same. Empires rise and fall. the redcoat empire could of been built on the destroyed bluecoat empire.

I noticed that in some of the banners there is ship that looks like an old steamship because it seems to have a funnel and not many sails. Can anybody explain?

first of all what do you mean by Mistakes? And what just happened? Did I miss something?

Personaly, I don't realy care how many pieces that it has. As long as it has the hull pieces and the sails I'm good because neat pieces like the ships wheel or bottles could change the look of somebodies MOC, some times it's the little things that can make a big difference. Anyway the point being is I would buy it just by it for the accessories.

just kidding, anyway my personal fave is the one that looks like a map Because it reminds me of the golden age of sail and exploration.
