I'm with mixed feelings about these new sets. On the one hand, I absolutely love this set. It captures the originals well. On the other hand, I'm tight on money. Summer 2007 is going to be murder to my funds- there's the MTT, the new exo-force sets, castle sets, and of course more than my fair shair of battle packs. The only plentiful thing I have right now is space. (nice house, practically every room in the place has vaulted ceilings :-| ) But, alas, space and lack of lego money don't mix well. Oh well, enough of my problems. Excellent review, *yoda* You'll have to excuse me, I think I hear my wallet dying...

Although I say 'yes', my wallet is saying 'no!', as I'm going to get as many of these as I can. Oh well, looks like I'm going to have to scratch off a few minor necessities, such as food and gas. :-D

My grandpa likes to send me a lot of funny e-mails, including these ones here. Birdstrike Fortunately, the pilot kept his cool, and got out okay. Now you see where our tax dollars go. Missile failure Stupid surplus missiles... Harrier takes a dip Strange that the pilot landed where he did. Enjoy. EDIT: fixed now. Now you can enjoy.

Wow, Gadunka's box makes him look almost black. Very intimidating, but misleading to someone buying it. Does anyone else see this, or is my computer screen playing a late april fool on me? Maxilos's box is vey nice, though. "Lesovikk"?! I really hope they change that.

Anywhere on the internet where I could see them? I've seen them before, but not all of them. Heck yes. A set with the ARC troopers would be excellent.

Star wars sets we'd like to see
Corvus replied to Clone comander Nodra 999's topic in LEGO Star Wars
That sounds fake, but it sure would be nice if it were true. If it is true, the motor is gonna go: the AT-AT'll need the extra troop space. -
The PS3 may have the best graphics and all, and I like it, but the wii is just so different and fun.

That bee, sorry, wasp, is really beautiful. His legs look pretty fragile, though. Dang, that car is wonderful, nice use of the windshield.

Right now I'm working on the Titan XP. I've added a cockpit and am tring to make him a bit sleeker, but right now he's shrunk more than he's sleekened. He's okay, but I'll need to put up a topic about him for suggestions, because I'm having trouble with the legs.

My LEGOfactory 6 minifig Droid Army for only $6.78!!!
Corvus replied to johnsocal's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
Pretty good, considering the lack of good parts to use. My only gripe is the large amount of white. Maybe make the droid torso piece black? -
I agree, building upwards would be a bit odd. I would suggest finding a nice empty room (or take one over, as I have) and build a custom table for it. But, as you said space was an issue, I'd reccomend shelves. It may split up your town, but at least you'll have somewhere nice to set it. IKEA has some very nice 'Floating Shelves' (not quite sure what they're called) that are quite beautiful. Sorry I wasn't of much help.

Who doesn't like boba? His flamethrower owns. X-D Unfortunately for Jango, his blaster, well... I would play online, but I have no clue how to do it.
-
It's okay. The best part is his redesigned torso.

Ah, you meant just star wars. That'd make no sense. I was talking about all reviews, but that'd be a bit cluttered too, as well.

Golden Lightling Guardian (White Lightling booster pack)
Corvus replied to jeffrey's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
This is probably better than putting the aero booster's pack on there. AB has that bar that stops it from falling over, but on Golden Guardian it would probably just make it topheavy. Now, excuse me while I rip apart my White Lighting. X-D -
SW4J: Almost entirely. There were one or three parts, such as the trans-green on the head and blaster, that weren't there.
-
Sorry SW4J, didn't see your post, too busy replying to mutley's idea than read your post. |-/ Why would it be harder to find something in a forum? It just seems to me that with all the lengthy posts with the set pictures, it would be hard to find something. (think of the scrolling) But, you're the Mod, not me. You know better.
-
Heck, why not a forum while they're at it? It'd be easier to find what you want than a topic crowded with pics.
-
They can? That's extremely helpful. Thanks *yoda* . Might get more than a couple. X-D

You're welcome. :-P Well, (forgive me if this is too obvious) Lego most likely added the blue to make it more kid-friendly and nicer.

Star wars sets we'd like to see
Corvus replied to Clone comander Nodra 999's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Well, the Imperial lander didn't have much either, or the Republic Cruiser, and the Crawler none at all. -
It sure is. It's nice not scrolling through the forum for star wars. Much easier.
-
Wow, a shock stormie! :-D Definetely a glitch, but a funny one. Maybe the animator had the original series on his mind.

LEGO Factory Mandalorian Fighter - now available at S@H
Corvus replied to johnsocal's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
That help, SW4J? Very nice computer model. I can never do that. -
Okay, a couple of things happened when I read this. I glanced over it as I was sitting down, read Lego have just send out a press release, that they don
