I think that list was basically the info from Josh/yourself and the set numbers/other tidbits of info from SVL rolled into one, from my understanding.

Nice. I hope that this also goes for the UK, too, since I'm planning to purchase Kylo's TIE Fighter the moment it comes out, so hopefully I'll be able to get the polybag and clip it together with my R3.

Yeah, he's been full of crap over here on the forums before, giving out set lists that have ultimately proven to be very false, so I'd imagine it's the same case with this.

The information posted by @THELEGOBATMAN is most intriguing. The 2 Battlepacks are something I'd really like to see, and it actually makes quite a lot of sense, since I think Praetorian Guards, like the Deathtroopers, will get a lot of attention as the movie approaches. An Inferno Squad battlepack would also be a good way to help promote the Battlefront II campaign, and might draw in some people who are looking for some handheld versions of the campaign stars. The Ach-To set, however, is the most intriguing. I'm fairly sure it has been rumored that there will be some sort of battle on Ach-To, so this aligns with those rumors well, and it also sounds like a really great set for minifigures. Since it sounds like the biggest TLJ set of the Winter Wave will only be $80, even if this is the biggest set, it'll be a cheap-ish way of getting Rey, Luke and Kylo altogether, as well as some Knights of Ren. I certainly hope it's all true.

There's some buildable figures, too, I think, but yeah, that looks pretty accurate to me. Personally I'd take an educated guess that 75207 will be some sort of Seperatist Battle Pack, and the TLJ Battle Packs will almost undoubtedly be Resistance and First Order packs respectively, but perhaps with some new troop variants, especially for the First Order side. The Brickheads will probably be Vader and Luke or something, or Finn and Phasma, I wouldn't expect LEGO to stretch out into the Prequels or do a less well-known character. Also, are 75195 and 75196 not TLJ-themed sets? I thought they were.

Hello, what have we here? That's awesome! The Jedi are awesome, but what's even better... that Clone in the back has a proper gun! A PROPER GUN! Could we finally be seeing stud guns on their way out in Battle Packs so we can have proper moulded blasters again? I hope so. Thanks as always for the info, SVL.

Yeah, I think the Star Wars Show could be where they unveil it. Like someone else said, that's where they unveiled the Snowspeeder, I would imagine the same deal might go for the Falcon.

This is mainly speculation using some canon facts, but I'm 99.9% sure there's a variant of T-47 Airspeeder called the Sandspeeder, which is basically an Airspeeder which is specialised for more desert-like, hot environments, like how the Snowspeeder is more specialised for cold, snowy environments. With that, if this is indeed a TLJ set, then perhaps we'll see a return of the T-47's on Crait alongside the Skimmers - I mean, it makes sense, since I imagine the tow-cable takedowns will still be an effective method when dealing with the FO Walkers, and we aren't quite sure what the Skimmers are actually capable of in terms of combat, especially against Walkers, and I don't think there was any suggestion in canon that the Rebellion stopped using the T-47's, so I think that the Resistance could continue that trend and have a new, specialised variant of Airspeeder for what seems to be the harsh, desert environment of Crait. Obviously this is pure speculation, really, but if this 'Sandspeeder' is supposedly not the Crait Skimmer, then I think this could be what it is.

I'm not really interested at all in getting the Falcon, since it'll be way out of my budget, but I'm intrigued as to what they'll whip up. The lack of an interior was the big criticism on the last one so I wonder if TLG has managed to take this on board and give the Falcon a good interior to go alongside its incredibly detailed exterior.

From what I can see it looks like an area simply where you can store minifigs and weaponry, but annoyingly, this is the only set where we don't have additional close up images, so it's difficult to tell simply from the back-of-box image.

LEGO Star Wars 2017 Pictures and Rumors

So, we have some HD pictures now. Firstly, that Resistance Speeder is awful. Not on LEGO's part, it seems like a decent build, but the idea of it is just stupid. It looks like parts of a starfighter just cobbled together, and it looks ugly, and not in a good way. Figs are good though. The FO Heavy Scout Walker is... I don't know how to describe it. I want to like it, but its legs bamboozle me. I don't have a clue what they're meant to be or how they even move. Again though, love those figures. Kylo's TIE however really is the party piece of this wave, I think. I love its sleek black design, it looks very menacing with that red cockpit, and I really like the cockpit hatch piece, too. Love the resemblance it has to a TIE Interceptor, too. Best of all, those spring-loaded shooters work well. With the red mixed in with the black in the colour scheme for the Silencer, the red tips of the missiles work well in adding to the look of the fighter. Definitely LEGO's strongest set of the wave. That contrasts however though with the Resistance Bomber. I don't like it. It looks like a mix between the middle and cockpits of a B-Wing attached to a bulkier, modified Lambda Shuttle fin. I dunno it looks weird to me, that one probably isn't on LEGO, either. However, they've done well with its integrated features, specifically its bomb drop feature. LEGO is really beginning to continually impress me with how they integrate more complex play features these days. The First Order Heavy Assault Walker is growing on me. I like it's bulky, gorilla like stature and build, and the fact it has a cannon on its top intrigues me. I wonder if that is actually on the Walker, or if that's something LEGO decided to add, like with the rotating cannons on the TFA FO Snowspeeder. Looks like there's some sort of bomb drop feature on the Walker too on the back of it. It's a shame this is the only set with Rey, she's a really great fig. One set that has surprised me with these new HD images though is the First Order Star Destroyer. I love it. Much more than I did at first, I must add. From the original prelims, I thought the interior looked really bland and lacking in detail. I thought they'd done what they did with Krennic's Shuttle. Made the exterior look great but the interior quite haphazard and lacking in detail. I'm glad to see I have been proven wrong. I like that area to the right of Snoke's platform with the computer area, it even has a nice kind of blast door looking area as a way in and out. To the left of Snoke's platform there's that neat elevator feature, but I'm more interested in that medical droid there... I wonder if that has any significance, or perhaps that area is just meant to be a medical bay or something. Admittedly I'm not really sure what Snoke's platform is meant to be for, but it's neat. Also really like the bridge of the Destroyer, too. I like how they've added a nice touch of red in there, and included those cool worksapce areas to each side of the bridge. The exterior of the SD is great, no complaints there. Figure selection is quite meh, to be brutally honest, but Snoke, after seeing his new look in Episode VIII, is a very pleasing figure and a must get for me. As a final note, I like how they included that technic area that allows you to safely pick-up the Star Destroyer with the handle. nice work LEGO. Overall, I'll probably be getting the TIE Silencer and the FO Star Destroyer out of this wave, and that's about it. It's not one of LEGO's best waves, with key figures like Luke, Phasma, Leia and Chewie missing, and some of the vehicles, though its not LEGO's fault, are pretty bad and easy passes for me.

LEGO Star Wars 2018 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!

The update from SVL is most intriguing. It looks like, firstly, we'll be getting 2 TLJ Battle Packs in the Winter Wave, which is somewhat intriguing... I feel it'll probably be some sort of Resistance Trooper Pack again and *hopefully* maybe some Praetorian Guards of some of Phasma's special troopers (the name escapes me) will be in there alongside some regular troops for the First Order faction, since they threw in some Deathtroopers for the Winter Rogue One battlepack this year, so I have some hope. My guess is also that 70209 ---> 70212 will be Han Solo sets, and the big one being The Falcon, as others have already stated. Seems a bit soon to release another Falcon though, since despite what you two have been saying up above this comment they had a fair amount of Falcons stocked up on the shelves in LEGOLAND Windsor today, on top of the fact we seem to be getting another UCS Falcon later this year too. Maybe 70212 is another ship from the movie. Or they're not Han Solo movie-related ships at all. It'd be nice to have a batch of non-TLJ sets thrown in there too (still waiting on that Jango's Slave 1 re-make and new Cloud City, LEGO...). I notice a lot of set numbers from Josh's original list are missing, too. 75196, 75197, 75204, 75207 and 75209 ---> 70212 were all missing from that original list. 70203 and 70205 are in neither Josh's or SVL's lists, either, so perhaps they are D2C sets or very spoilery TLJ sets that will be kept under wraps until release in January? Also, 75207 is the set right next to the supposed 'Jedi' battle pack, which is 75206. Perhaps this will be a Seperatist Battle Pack? My hope for something like that would be Dooku and Jango with some form of Battle Droids alongside them in the Battlepack, but I feel anything would do at this point for the Seperatist Battlepacks. We haven't had a good droid battlepack for the Seperatists in years.

The LEGO model looks excellent in comparison to the real thing, I think LEGO have done a splendid job in translating the fighter into LEGO. However, I can't help but feel the cockpit is a little bit off in shape. Just the shaping feels a bit off to me. Though, I'm not entirely sure that LEGO could do much better to be quite honest, with the parts they have available. They'd probably need a new piece to pull off that cockpit perfectly. I am very glad though how accurate it is to the ship itself. Nice work LEGO.

DC Superheroes 2018 - Set Discussion

This is definitely one of LEGO's better DC waves. - The Lobo set is pretty neat. I love Lobo, and I really dig the Space Hog. But the Kryptonite side build, or whatever it's supposed to be, just looks weird to me. Another boring Superman variant too. I wish they'd give us a new variant, there's a lot to choose from. I can't really complain though when it's a very good £20 set. I'll definitely pick this one up. - The Lex Mech is pretty good, actually. It's pretty bulky, and perhaps a bit too colourful for me, but it's still a decent build. The figures I have mixed feelings about. Firstly, I really hate how they always put Lex in some stupid armor. The 2012 figure is my favourite Lex, simply because it's just Lex in a normal suit. I guess for kids having Lex in some bulky armor adds to some of the play value, since in a kids mind maybe Lex won't die from getting punched by Superman if he's in some armor rather than just in a suit, but it really annoys me how they stick him in some stupid armor all the time. The Wonder Woman figure is great, no complaints there. The Batman figure is awesome, though I wish it came with a cape so he doesn't look so weird when he's not attached the wings, but it isn't exactly hard to get a cape from an older Batman figure and stick it on that one. Cheetah sucks. I don't like the black legs on her, and the figure seems much more bland than I thought she would be. Disappointing there. Firestorm is great, looks more or less like the Firestorm out of the CW shows, so no complaints there. Well, he could've had some dual-molded legs... - The Speed Force Pursuit set is definitely my favourite of the trio. The Cyborg helicopter looks very sleek using that grey, silver and red colour scheme, and not too over the top like some DC vehicles can be. The Killer Frost plough though is atrocious. It's completely unnecessary, looks ugly, and doesn't even offer much to the play value either. I like the sticker on the front, though. What sells this set for me though is the figures. Firstly, Reverse Flash. If any of you have seen me on the DC Superheroes threads before, you probably know I've been waiting for a Reverse Flash for ages. And, LEGO has delivered. A great figure, and ticks pretty much all the boxes for me, though I have 2 minor complaints... Firstly, no dual molded legs. That sucks. Secondly, while this is a minor complaint, since I'm glad they had the thought to give him the red eyes, I wish they kind of used a red band around the head like they use for Batman figures for the eyes, so it lined up a bit more with the Reverse Flash from the TV Show, but this is a very minor nitpick. Love the Flash figure, really dig how they added some lightning-esque lines to the suit, looks neat. Cyborg is great, reminds of the Cyborg from the first Injustice game. Killer Frost is... meh. It reminds me a lot of the Louise Lincoln version from the Batman: Assault on Arkham animated film, but I would've much preferred a Caitlin Snow version. Not just because it would fit with the TV Show a bit more, but also because I don't particularly like the Louise Lincoln look. Overall, a pretty great wave. Cheap sets, great minifigs, pretty impressive builds. Nice work, LEGO.

Kylo's TIE looks SO GOOD! Day 1 buy. Do we know the price of that set? Looks like its around the 700 piece mark.
  21. Deathstroke77

LEGO Star Wars 2017 Pictures and Rumors

That's pretty meh, to be honest. Kylo is only in one set, Rey is only in one set, and so is Snoke. All the figures I want to get my hands only appear to be in the big, expensive sets. Also, ummm... Luke? Phasma? Leia? Chewie? This sucks so bad. I hope that the 2nd wave won't be so disappointing on the minifigure front, lots of key characters seem to be missing from the line-up here. At least with TFA's first wave all the major characters in that movie made it into a set in the first wave. The sheet there makes me feel like there's some D2C set that hasn't got its figures listed on there. The first wave seems very incomplete on the minifigure front, especially with the lack of figures for Luke and Phasma. Luke is probably the figure people want most out of any TLJ sets right now, I don't see why they wouldn't include him. Also, if they're making Phasma a bigger character in TLJ, why is she missing from all the sets? Also... c'mon, why no Leia? This is going to be Carrie's final outing as Leia due to her unfortunately passing last year, I would've thought they'd give her a figure. Very disappointing.

LEGO Star Wars 2017 Pictures and Rumors

Yoda's Hut is $30? I guess that rules out an X-Wing with it, but I guess I shouldn't really complain since it keeps the price down to a reasonable level. It's so great to be finally getting a new Dagobah Luke, because the old one is pretty much unobtainable these days due to the hefty price tag. Not sure how they'll make the hut big enough for a $30 set though... From what I see of the inside of the hut, there isn't much to it. But I'm looking forward to seeing how this all looks. Having Grievous and Windu both in a small set? I'm down for that. After missing out on 9526 I'm glad to have a new way to get Mace. The Jedi Battle Pack sounds interesting... My guess is that LEGO may have picked up on the popularity the Bounty Hunter Battle Pack seems to have right now, and have seen this as a way forward - having less generic, more interesting Battle Packs that even those who don't buy BP's will want to get just for the figs, like myself. I'd assume alongside Coleman Trebor we'll have Ki-Adi Mundi, since SVL said we'll be getting him, and I wouldn't be surprised if someone like Plo Koon or Kit Fisto was put in as well. So far, 2018 Winter looks very promising. The set line-up looks pretty good, and I assume that isn't even the full list, since we have D2C sets and TLJ sets probably in there, too.

LEGO Star Wars 2017 Pictures and Rumors

Yoda's Hut? Finally! After last year's rumour of Yoda's Hut (which turned into Yoda's Starfighter), I hope this rumour will follow through. I'm guessing 75533 and 75534 are buildable figures, and the Tatooine Battle Pack could be interesting. It depends what they put in. Presumably some Tuskens and Jawas with a Bantha. The Grievous speeder sounds interesting, not entirely sure how that set will look.
