    [MOC] [LDD] T-70 X-Wing W/LXF.

I don't know how I missed this! It looks great! Really pleased you decided to build it irl. Glad it holds together well.

    [MOC] [LDD] T-70 X-Wing W/LXF.

Thanks so much Lobot! There was a tutorial posted here a while ago about embedding images, and I followed the directions there but all that showed up was that little broken file image. Thanks again.

    [MOC] [LDD] T-70 X-Wing W/LXF.

I was asked to upload the LXF. file for the latest version of my T-70 X-Wing MOC. And without further ado, here it is! I can't seem to attach images for whatever reason, so you can find them here. T-70 X-Wing #3.lxf

    [MOC] New Century Corner

These are absolutely gorgeous! I love the variety of color and all the little details. The glass dome on the Secret Society of Aviation is especially perfect. I would love for TLG to do a series of modulars in a similar style.

[LDD] [MOC] Star Fox 64 Wolfen

Wolf’s fighter from the game Star Fox 64. There is an absurdly small amount of reference material for this ship, especially this version, online. The only picture of the back I could find was from Dren Mythus’ Lego version on MOCpages, which was an inspiration for my model. The lack of substantial visual reference made several areas sort of mysterious in how they should be built, specifically the attachment for the engine pods, rear section with the three sticky-outy things, and light gray part that connects the upper and lower parts. [MOC] [LDD] Another T-70 X-Wing

Thanks for the kind words! it does use the new canopy, as seen here in grainy rainbow warrior fashion.

    [MOC] [LDD] Another T-70 X-Wing

Yes! It's yet another T-70 X-Wing MOC. This is actually my fifth version of the Episode VII ship; the first can be found here. I took inspiration from everyone's wonderful creations around the internet, specifically "All in the reflexes" here on Eurobricks, (the design of the nacelles and the use of the 2x4 arch bricks was his), and "P D" on Flickr. Messed up LXF. File

Thanks! I had the same issue with another file, and another (more time-consuming) option is to import the file into an empty file, which also fixes it.
  9. Okay, so I'm freaking out a little bit about this problem. I went to open up an lxf. file in LDD, one that I had been working on for a loooooong time; my T-70 X-Wing MOC. But when I went to open it, nothing showed up. No grid, no model; when I try to generate instructions for it it just churns, the screeenshot mode (whatever it's called) is just a blank screen. Do any of you know what this problem is, or how I could fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks. EDIT: Never mind, everyone! For some reason, the typical right-click to drag the view around moved the model and grid in the frame.

    [MOC] Upsilon-class command shuttle

Wow!! This thing is incredible, especially in sheer size! If i could offer any criticism, it would be that the wings are a bit too thick (not a huge issue) and that the fuselage is much too narrow, and maybe a little bit too long. I think it would help to see a head-on view, so we could see the cockpit in context with the wings. Really impressive MOC. EDIT: I think it's interesting to note that the wing transformation is only seen in the movie, not ant of the trailers. When it lands, the wings fold in from the v-shape to become horizontal, and then the upper halves sort of slide inwards towards each other, and then slide down towards the fuselage. I don't know if such a mechanism is feasible with Lego, but there you have it.

    [MOD] UCS Black X-Wing 10240

Those wings are just beautiful! The thrusters are quite small, and I think the nose could use some more work to taper more towards the front, but overall a fantastic model.

2016 Speed Champions Sets - Rumours and Discussion

I was looking at the Speed Champions 2016 sets, and I noticed the Audi R8 and Chevrolet Camaro appear to use a new angled plate. It looks like part 51379 split in half. You can see it on the side of the R8 and the front of the Camaro underneath the fascia. I'm pretty excited by this new wave of sets. I think they capture the shapes of the vehicles they're protraying much better than the last wave.
