Maybe those battle damaged TK's will do as either in the being killed state or as battle fatalities... Who knows? I'd somehow agree. The spring shooter makes the platform look more like a turret... Also, having a single blaster on the Rebel speeder is somehow no surprise for me. Remember, the Imperial speeder bikes on Endor also had only one blaster cannon, which is weak in my opinion when compared to the BARC Speeder which has 2...

I'd prefer getting Brickarms guns...

And in typical Lego 'laziness' , the helmet is blank at the back and partial leg printing... Jump-packs are superb though! Also, weapons suggestions for each of them. Shock Trooper: Brickarms Lewis Gun, MG34 or the E-11 Jump Troopers: 2x Brickarms Lewis Guns Imperial Technician: E-11 or DL-44, also Brickarms. (The BA DH-17 release date is still unknown...) Also, in typical Lego fashion, the printing for all the figures is either a tad to the left or right... Will still get this, along with another Shock Trooper, Imperial Technician and the jump packs as loose parts...

When I saw this: "ARC-170 Fighter - 75161 - £59.99. (2 Clone Pilots, 1 Clone Trooper, Plo Koon & Astromech Droid)." It got me wondering. Will the Clone Pilots have new visor molded helmets like them Resistance X-Wing pilot helmets? Also there should be 3 Clone Pilots since the ARC-170 also has a rear gunner position. It does get me wondering whether this will be like the movie or animated series version...

The lighting sequence for the Bricksburg PD squad cars suggest they took hints from Federal Signal's Spectralux ELS tech...

Recommendation for the BP's with OT figs: Updated Scout helmet, regular guns instead of those stud shooters (personally I just order Brickarms anyway to replace those guns...) plus orange pauldron wearing Sandies please.
-
The vehicle in the Rebel BP is a speeder bike, that I get it. Whereas for the Empire version? For the last time that thing could be like a turret. And yes, I'm not too keen on the battle damaged TK's. However that techie , white jump packs and Shock Trooper are my excuses for getting that set. Sure wish they chose the Magma Trooper from Sullust though...
-
That's somewhat like a turret, not a vehicle. Also, I am definitely getting more than one of the Empire BP for the sake of the white jump-pack and the Imperial Shock Trooper. I do have plans for a Hoth Imperial Jump Trooper...

2016 Speed Champions Sets - Rumours and Discussion
CT-22-2759 replied to CM4Sci's topic in LEGO Town
Those aside, I sure hope the items won't be a disappointment when they come. I am definitely getting the Audi R18, Corvette and that Porsche 919... -
Thanks to the FO Snowspeeder Microfighter, there is now a cheaper way at getting the FO Snowtrooper. However I am Most Displeased At The Lack Of His Kama.

2016 Speed Champions Sets - Rumours and Discussion
CT-22-2759 replied to CM4Sci's topic in LEGO Town
Well, at least it so far only needs a spoiler and the stickers for conversion, otherwise more different pieces will be needed for the chassis, bumper, side pieces and possibly a proper race car style interior. The C7.R has side exhaust pipes unlike the regular Z06 and a different rear end besides the spoiler for the cosmetic differences... -

Are there major cosmetic differences between the new Z06 and the C7.R? If so then more pieces may be needed for the conversion... And if you put the C7.R next to the Porsche 919 you get the 2015 Le Mans LMP1 and LMGTE Pro winners. -
A bit too bad for some army builders. A simple weapon change for an Imperial Biker Scout and he becomes a sniper... I definitely agree. The breathing hoses for an AT-AT pilot connect to the back of the helmet, not like the TIE Pilot in which the hoses connect to the round ports at the front of the helmet. But DBG versions of those figs would work for the vehicle should TLG consider doing this model. But those aside, at least there are already new figs and parts for next year...
-
I'd agree for the Empire BP. But for me I have the Shock Trooper as an excuse to get 2 of the set and the Technician's cap for the Microfighters Star Destroyer's crewman.
-
I bet the Elite AT-AT pilots use the same suits as the TIE pilots... Still a pity there are no Storm Commando minifigs yet...
-
I play that game and really, the Elite AT-AT is all black with red front view port. Update: Then again, since the new Shadow Stormtroopers are dark gray the color change would make sense...
-
Mine is the Shadow Troopers set. Both of the Shadow Stormtroopers use Brickarms E-11's. One of them uses has a robot head to represent Rook from 'A Clone Apart'...
-
I'd prefer it if they gave Valen Rudor for the TIE Advanced Microfighters. The one that was destroyed in 'Empire Day' basically looked like the Inquisitor's TIE. That Stormtrooper with lipstick smeared on the armor is the Imperial Shock Trooper. There's already a Black Series 6-inch replica figure of the guy due for release next year. Don't tell me you forgot about the Clone Shock Troopers...
-
The minifig with this book is the flesh colored version of Sidious.
-
As previously mentioned, so far only the Imperial Scout Troopers have not had a new enclosed helmet like the Kashyyyk scout troopers. So I would also agree with the need for a new helmet but for my case, not just the visor but also black for the front of the helmet, not to mention a Storm Commando which is a Scout Trooper in dark gray. Those aside, we do really need more armor wearing troopers like Commanders Bly, Cody (Phase II, movie and animated versions pls.), Appo, Bow, Vil, Wolffe, Fox, Doom and maybe a few more suggestions. With the Kashyyyk CT's already out there is a possibility of an MOC of Republic Clones going up against the TK's on Endor. But above all, the Snowtroopers surely need better backpacks.
-
I would b every displeased if they dropped the Shock Trooper from the Battlefront Imperial BP.
-
Just give a Scout Trooper a long rifle and he becomes a sniper. Also I think that is more like a crewman rather than an officer, judging by the torso printing. Also, here's hoping those Jump Troopers have the back printing of the regular TK so that there can be a 'clean' and battle-damaged version of both the Stormtrooper and Jump Trooper.
-
They call them the 'Imperial Combat Driver'. The Speeder Bike and ITT versions are darker while the AT-DP ones are white... Those aside, I hope a minifig scale ITT will be done, and I mean one that has room for the driver's compartment...
-
Those are probably battle-damaged Imperial Jump Troopers, given the fact that there are so far '2 hands' for players in the beta of Battlefront '16. One of them has the perks Jump Pack, Personal Shield and Thermal Detonator. You'll face these Jump Troopers in theTatooine survival mission after the Shock Troopers...
-
That will do nicely for that crewman from the Microfighters Imperial Star Destroyer.
