Hehe .. Thats the same as me. If you enjoyed the previous LEGO games, this will be worth every penny spend even though a lot of peoples think its quite expensive. I feel like its the best way ever to spend my money Its always nice to save money. Dont know how i would handle the delivery time. I had to get Dimensions the 2nd when it was released in Denmark at any cost. ( Well, at the cheapest i could get offcourse ) I was so so lucky that the shop i went to had 25% off on everything in the shop that weekend, so i had a few more Kr. to spend on more LEGO Dimensions sets. I hope your orders will arrive soonish so you can jump into this amazing game and enjoy it yourself !

It should be imo. Everything for LEGO Dimensions the next four years, will offcourse be diffrent themes, but even the boxing of this game sort of has its own franchise, and it will mostly be meant for the game itself.

They really did the weeping angels justice. When i first found out that the game would hold weeping angels, i was very scared on how they would execute them ingame, since they are kind of something special. But im so thrilled that they actually managed to make them work !

Ive only been playing through a few levels of the game but im blown by the possibilities. It was kinda frustrating to begin with, until you figured out all the steps between the physical aspects towards the parts where you have to move around your figures in real life. But having gotten there and getting to know how it all works its a really cool experience really blending LEGO with computer gaming in the best way possible. Also, the storylin is really well written and the graphics, not stunning, but doing exxcatly what one would expect from a LEGO universe. Now i really want to have LEGO make 2 level packs for us, and they already have the rights for them ! Wouldnt a Classic space Level pack and a Matrix level pack just be beyond awesome ! McFly could bring Benny back to meet his grand grand father and Mother ? ... Not to mention what Doctor Who would have to say about these weird Classic space dudes. :P

Since Missy´s voice have been recorded for the game, i cant imagine that there wont at some point be a fun or theme pack being released. However im not sure if its gonna be Clara joining in. Though it would make sense.

Doctor Who will definately sell ... Im gonna buy multiple packs ... I want an whole army of Cybermen, a stock of psionic screwdrivers, and im gonna sell their baseplates on bricklink i guess ....

Im going to build my own portal for the game since i have no better things to do while waiting for it to get released in Denmark. Damn TLG, cant remember last time a release drove me this insane. These last 4 days have been the longest of my life to be honest. Can anyone tell me how wide the baseplates are for the minifigs, and also what dimensions in studs the biggest vehicles or accesories are, since i want to be able to stable all figs on a diorama style setup on the toypad for Dimensions. At first it bothered me. But i must say that the approach LEGO Dimensions have towards blending all these different themes, making each unique, like The Simpsons and Portal not to forget about Midway arcade. I now feel that its ok that not everything have been rendered in LEGO. I like the fact that each universe has it own style and approach making the whole of the game differ all the time. That said i do however feel that more stuff could have been blocked up instead of pure textures.

Anyhow ive been watching a lot of the videos of the gameplay on youtube and this game is insanely huge. I thought the portals above the vorton main gateway leading to each of the team worlds were for the level packs only, but now im not so sure anymore. But the lord of the rings free roam world looks awesome and i cant wait to se what the LEGO Movie world looks like after this. Im gonna be spending a lot of money the 2nd of October when its finally for sale here. I was at two shops today that confirmed that it had arrived, but they couldnt sell it cause they would be fined what is equal to 10.000 US $ .... So unfair, but i had my first glimpse of a Dimensions box IRL.

I dont know what to think of this video since the only "evidence" it has is showing Sonic minifigs ( could be a first mold ) of pour quality. I dont know if this has been mentioned before. Ive been following this topic quite harsh. However, being a huge Doctor Who fan, offcourse thats where a lot of my attention have been pointed at. Ive just now found out through one of the many Doctor Who channels, that Missy have been laying voice to the LEGO Dimension game. Offcourse we will see her somehow in the expansion ( Spoiler ) since she wasnt present in the level of the main game stream. Being that the game will have a 3 years layout, it might be possible that we might get her as a fun or theme pack lateron. Whats your thoughts on that ?

The gateway building instructions should be in the box. Its all the other builds that is only found ingame. Haha ... Yeah does sound like a really rare but huge screwup on TLG´s behalf. Ive never heard of it before i must say. Its also a mystery to me why they dont even put up prices in advance. I know what its will probably cost, still the pricing differs alot here depending on where i look. Auch, sorry i dont have any tips for you, but that does sound hard to handle. What a shame

Uhh .... And youre in the US ? ..... Beyond release date. Still 4 days till release here, but no sign of it in the LEGO shop in Denmark either or online. However it has begun to appear on a lot of the stores that i would have thought would sell it. But it can only be preordered, doesnt seem that any company here is having them yet ready to send. They are obviously really serious about the release date .. Unfortunately.

Its one of the main game levels he is playing. Its just an introduction to the theme, as with the Doctor Who level and the Scooby Doo level. But it got Gauntlet ! Cant wait for the level pack to arrive as well as with Doctor Who and Ghostbusters.
