    BAM Exclusive Parts Index

This is your first post? Welcome Gromit :) Indeed, I will put that in ex-BAM exclusive list as soon as Winnie The Pooh set is released.

    VIDIYO - Universal Music 2021

These are really great haul. Also, I found the transparent main case piece (65128) from your IG account. I have been looking for more information about. Great work for reporting these!

    LEGO Store "Build a Minifigure"

In my region, these BAM does not come pre-packed. However, here's my findings. https://www.instagram.com/p/CLbHTN8JY6Y/ https://www.instagram.com/p/CJyLBdvpItG/ Looking at these 2 photos... one from Italy, and the other one from Australia, there's a good chance the the blue head is indeed the appropriate head for the bear suit guy, along with the umbrella accessory.

    LEGO Store "Build a Minifigure"

As one friend told me, it didn't matter because it is covered. However, some shops would package the BAM minifigures as intended. We just have to see trust that it is meant to be pre-pack that way. On the other hand, the intent of those BAM station is to mix and match the parts anyway, so one could argue easily it could be any head combined with any torso and so on.

    [REVIEW] #75298 AT-AT vs Tauntaun

I really want the Taun-taun mould, not a brick-built Taun-taun, as I am not entirely sold on these brick-built Star Wars animals/creatures. The previous one with the Bantha looks horrendous, but I guess this one is better. IMHO, find the AT-AT cuter also. Sadly, as others had mentioned, the repeated minifigures is unfortunate but I can see that it is also a great way to build some army of these guys using this small set.

    MOC: Gotham City Museum Heist

This is mesmerising to look at... hypnotising.... You did amazing on the lighting and the excessive but excellent use of transparent parts.
  7. This is huge. The minifigure is so small next to it. I also like the colour scheme. Great job on getting that shape. I guess at this scale, imagination is only the limit.
  8. I really thought it's a portable building, more than a hovercraft... but great efforts into making an alternate build. I have this set but I haven't opened it. Always fun to mess with some of the smaller NINJAGO sets

    [Review] 75302 Imperial Shuttle

My group of AFOL friends were joking around that with the big UCS budget allocated for us adults, the family budget for kids toys are greatly reduced, and so it makes sense for these kids toys to be reduced not only in parts count, but also price, so that us parents could still afford them... even as an afterthought.

    Medieval street

Amazing work. The cobblestone works and the colour scheme is just wicked.
  11. I think that we should move pass our differences and move on. On one hand, my direct reply below yours @Toastie does not mean my reply is directed at you. EB is a "flat" forum, so all replies goes to the main topic (first post), unless there are quotes or tags. Both yours and @koalayummies points are valid, from different points of view and I don't see anything wrong from either side, really. From what I can tell, regardless of where you're coming from, whether you are macho man or someone very delicate, there are merits to reporting to TLG for further investigation. Let's keep it on topic. Thanks :)

    LEGO Store "Build a Minifigure"

I can't see clearly the one in the middle. What I can confirm is that the black torso with red guitar is not exclusive. It's part # 973pb3542c01 On the other hand, I have the pink afro piece as well but I forgot to include it in the exclusive index... I think it is exclusive because there are no minifigures that has that piece, and it is easy to confuse that with the minidoll afro with hole (used on Melody from TLM2)
  13. It is loading for me. As for the actual photo, I can't even fathom how the wire got there in the first place. This is must be rare occasion, but the fact that it is there, is something the TLG should know more about.

    BAM Exclusive Parts Index

I have updated the index with the latest until the pink holiday elf. I am sure I am missing a few parts so feel free to call it out. Also introduced a section where I demote some parts as 'used to be' exclusives as they are now found in other official LEGO sets.

    LEGO Store "Build a Minifigure"

Please do. I am sure many people here will appreciate that. The BAM stocks are either hit or miss in other shops. The ones meant for Christmas in my region just came in towards the end of January 2021. The BAM index is also overdue for an update, and since I found out BL is catching up on updating the BL part no, I updated the parts no for those that I already listed in BAM exclusives. I got most exclusives in 2020 so I will update the index soon.

    LEGO Store "Build a Minifigure"

There are no part numbers officially published unless you stumble upon them in B&P. This is true for anything without an instruction booklet, which makes these BAM exclusives incredibly difficult to confirm whether they are exclusive or not. It is kind of a discovery process. https://www.bricklink.com/v2/search.page?q=BAM#T=P&P=1 Use the keyword "BAM" and you'll find most of them

    BAM Exclusive Parts Index

This topic is meant to track only the exclusives parts from BAM so it would be best to ask this question here -- However, since I have seen a lot of posts in that topic, I don't remember seeing that in black.... personally I haven't seen it in BAM either. If it is exclusive for the grand opening, we can't really call it a BAM exclusive or even BAM available for that matter. There is a photo below that was shared late last year from the other topic and should be valid for several months (different shops have different replenish cycle)

    Moved to New Server

Looking good so far. I think it feels faster for some reason. Maybe that's the benefit from the new server and also the updated forum software. Feels great to be back!

    LEGO Ninjago x HYPE.

So cool to see this unboxing. A rare video production from Eurobricks. Thank you for sharing with us.
  22. Personally, I don't see the Senna in this set. Maybe it is the scale but even if you add those stickers (not a fan), it still doesn't evoke that race car feeling for me. I do love the colour scheme and the playability along with the value it brings. It's a great review and a fair assessment for this fair set. Happy New Year!
  23. Are you all excited to welcome 2021? I know I do. It is an irrefutable fact that 2020 could be remembered in history as one of the tipping point in human history as we pivot to the new normal. However, it is not all that bad knowing that here in Eurobricks, set reviews still came in regularly and the forums continue to foster the LEGO community and unite AFOLs around the world during this trying times. So, to conclude the year, I have compiled my "best of...." for 2020. You don't have to agree with me on my list as these are my personal preferences only. Feel free to list down your own favourites this year after you've read mine. Cheers! LEGO Set of the Year ? 75290 Mos Eisley Cantina My reason here is simple. I am an old-school Star Wars fan and I really look forward to complete the Cantina patrons. Despite the shortcomings, the appeal of this set is tremendously high, with high playability as well. You can go back and read my review if you missed it if you have any doubt why I picked this as my top set of the year in 2020. The next one is not far off as 80105 comes in second and 21322 Pirates of Barracuda Bay third. Runners-up: 80105 Chinese Traditional Festivals 21322 Pirates of Barracuda Bay Best Creator Expert Set ? 10277 Crocodile Locomotive I had reservations buying LEGO trains in the past because of several reasons I don't want to go in detail. However, I waited a little bit to get a handsome discount for this one and bought myself 2 additional tracks expansion. I didn't regret buying this set one bit. Runner ups: 10273 Haunted House 10270 Bookshop Best Star Wars Set ? 75290 Mos Eisley Cantina See my reasons in "SOTY" section above. Runner ups: 75292 The Razor Crest 75280 501st Legion Clone Troopers Best NINJAGO Set ? 71708 Gamer's Market More sets like this please. More!! Runner ups: 71717 Journey to the Skull Dungeons 71722 Skull Sorcerer's Dungeons Best City Set ? 60267 Safari Off-Roader The nostalgia here is strong because I remember a Safari Off-Roader similar to this during my childhood. It is a little set and I know there are "better" City sets out there but if you ask me that I can only keep 1 City set during this pandemic, I will choose this one. Runners-up: 60262 Passenger Airplane 60266 Ocean Explorer Ship Best Army Builder Set ? 75267 Mandalorian Battle Pack I'm a simple man. I see a Mandalorian Battle Pack, I buy. I am not a hardcore Clone Trooper fan but I see the appeal of such set. However, that set is more expensive than this Mandalorian Battle Pack and if you waited for holiday discounts, they are really cheap now. Runners-up: 75280 501st Legion Clone Troopers 40419 Hogwarts Students Accessory Set Best Polybag ? 30370 Diver Coral reef and Manta Ray. Great deal if you ask me, I got mine very cheap and I wish I have bought more because the minifigure included is surprisingly good as well. It's one of the most memorable and highly recommendable polybag I have seen lately. Runners-up: 30341 Monkie Kid's Delivery Bike 30453 Captain Marvel and Nick Fury Best New Theme ? Super Mario If there is one take away from this, besides the Starter Set having the weirdest box shape ever, is that the power of Nintendo brands, e.g. Super Mario, is just impeccable. There are more Super Mario sets coming and I guess we just have to follow the hype train until next year. Runner ups: Dots Monkie Kid Best Technic Set Ask Jim :) Best Minifigure ? Centaur (Harry Potter) Some castle veterans in this forums have been wishing for this minifigure to come one day. Finally, it came this year through Harry Potter and TLG delivered. Runners-up: Ponda Baba (Star Wars) Zane - Avatar Pink Zane (NINJAGO) Best New Minifigure Accessory ? Element ID: 6303145 introduced in NINJAGO Design number: 36015 First introduced in NINJAGO This armour piece is probably one of the most ornate piece of armour with shoulder pads. I am just simply admiring the creativity put into this element and I wish to see more of this in the future. Runners-up: Sword of Gryffindor (Harry Potter) Weapon multipack found in Super Hero sets such as Avengers Tower Battle Best New Animal Mould ? Bunny / Rabbit (from CFM S20 Pajama Girl) I like cute stuff. So yeah. Runners-up: Baby Triceratops Manta Ray Best Printed Element ? 65066pb02 "Dark Pink Panes and Ornate Lines Pattern" from set 43182 How often do we see this simple yet elegant design for this large piece of door glass part. I hope to see more of this kind of design. Take a good guess which theme this part could be found. I don't have a prize for you but if you guess it right, then pat yourself on the back. Runners-up: 98138pb135 "Stars and Rainbow Swirl" (aka Rainbow poop) 20952pb04 "Animal Face Steamed Bun" Best New Part ? 65578 "Posing Stand" or as TLG calls it... "Handle" The saving grace of DC Super Heroes CMF series is the inclusion of this part. I don't remember the minifigures, but I remember that this posing stand came from that series and it is very versatile. Since then, other sets have used this part in very creative ways. Runners-up: 67329 - Brick, Modified 1 x 2 x 1 2/3 with Studs on 3 Sides 67095 - Tile, Round 3 x 3
  24. ;) We're waiting I think it's really just the symptoms of the movie not carrying the theme forward.... because you know, the cinema is practically in its grave in 2020. Anyway, you can also share your personal list you know.
