Review: 7877 Naboo Starfighter
Brick Smiley Productions replied to Sir von Lego's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Set looks a bit small. Another example of why lego sets are shrinking in content these days. I remember when a five dollar set got you two good minifigures. It's up to you really. -
Show Your Army, Navy, and Collection Display
Brick Smiley Productions replied to BillytheKid's topic in LEGO Star Wars
How do you get minifigs in bulk like that? I don't think I've seen anybody sell that many on bricklink. -
Wow, now I would like to see some shots on a diorama or something. Make the photos into a portfolio and name it Another Life:Lego.

[REVIEW] 7961 Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator
Brick Smiley Productions replied to Future74's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Thanks for the review Future! I don't think I'll be getting this though. I'd say that all the minifigs got a massive improvment. Although I do like the older version of Maul just a tad better than the new one. It's those eyes. -
What's your recent LEGO Star Wars Purchase?
Brick Smiley Productions replied to KimT's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I found 7101 and 7128 at a yard sale along with a bag of legos! The two sets were incomplete although they both had the minifigures in good condition! That's a Dath Maul, Qin Gon Jin, two Scout troopers, and Luke! All for $5!!! I could barely contain my excitement when I bought those. Yay! -

Could you take a clearer picture of the waterfall. I can't see it that well. -
2011 Atlantis sets
Brick Smiley Productions replied to Klaus-Dieter's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Hmm, I personally liked 2010's line better because the general feel was thicker and more stuff in general. Every single year it looks as if Lego puts less and less into the sets though or maybe it's just the look of the pics but we shall see. -
REVIEW: Atlantis 8061: Gateway of the Squid
Brick Smiley Productions replied to yellost's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I still haven't built this set that was on sale from last year. Looks nice, maybe I'll get to it this summer. -
Wow, I just saw this for the first time and was glued to it. I spent like two hours from the first comic to the current one. I have to say that I have seen nothing like this and for you to keep up the great work! Thanks for all your time and effort!
-
Wow! One thing, could you stand next to it or put a penny next to it for size because it's kinda hard to tell. Great Job!
-
Thanks for the GREAT review. It has made me see all the awesome parts and now I really want to get it. One question is what's with all the special edition sets? Now there are all these lego sets that say special edition. And one more question is how much did you pay for this? Thanks alot for the great review
-
He he Lucky! Nice I like it.
-
Hmmm, three dollars for a big shovel peice, minifig, wheels, and asscories? Now I feel bad for not getting them before.
-
Wow I like it alot especially the droid but the only thing that looks a bit off from the refence pic is the front part, which looks as if it should be bigger. On a side note you could create a coupld more and remake the scene in that clone wars episode complete with an interesting layout. That would be something that I would look forward to seeing. Great Job!

REVIEW: 9349 Fairytale and Historic Minifigures
Brick Smiley Productions replied to SilentMode's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Would this set be considered cheap for all those minifigs or expensive? -
Wow is that to scale to the minifigs? Great job!
-

Holiday Special 2010
Brick Smiley Productions replied to Brick Smiley Productions's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
I normally switch in different scenes, but I only had about 8 hours to make this one, so I didn't have time to make more. It was sort of a do it as it comes thing. I was stupid enough to dely it to the day before christmas, so I guess it was my fault. Thanks for the feedback. -

General Pirates of the Caribbean Theme Discussion Thread
Brick Smiley Productions replied to Oswald the Rabbit's topic in LEGO Pirates
I don't know about you guys, but I have a feeling that these sets will be overpriced due to the liscense and contracts TLG has to sign with Disney. But I still have my hopes up becuase it looks as if it will be an awesome line. I am desprately wanting ship parts. -
[REVIEW] 7868 Mace Windu's JSF Se
Brick Smiley Productions replied to KimT's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I generally don't go for starfighters, but with the new tactical droid and that awesome sepretist speeder, it's hard to resist. Thanks Kim for the review. -
REVIEW: 8803 LEGO Minifigures Series 3
Brick Smiley Productions replied to WhiteFang's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Thanks for the indeth review whitefang! One question is where can I get lego minifigs, because they don't sell them at the Lego store (not at mine anyways), I've heard they are sold at TRU but I don't have one near me and they have infamous markups, the only place I did find one once was at a borders, were it was marked to 3.99, twice as much as MSRP. The only reason I don't want to get it online is that one is not able to apply the secret code cheatsheet to find the minifig they want. All replys appreciated. Thanks
