At the end of the day, It's a five dollar minifig with infinitely more detail then the fig in the 70$ compound.

I mean, the Entire DC series leaked in the months leading up to the release, maybe one or two didn't.. Especially since they come out of the regular factories now, cmfs should be as fair game to leak as any other Beautiful fig

Possibly but still, look at how marvel is being compensated for having film delays Also dc has done this before, and creating a new wave to make up for delays then produced one of the best dc waves ever

Definitely, but ya know, we also needed to have the same peggy fig in the cmf from a set that releases same day as the series, at 12 figs, there just wasn't any room

And this time we'll disassemble the rescue helicopter 😂 This wave is definitely the best mcu based wave overall since 2018, tho the ffh wave was pretty good imo, honestly the issue is we expect perfection from a decidedly more childish lego theme, marvel will never get the attention to detail SW or HP since they have much larger fanbases of all ages, so honestly I just enjoy this theme for what it is tbh I loved the 2019 compound minus the car and helicopter tho I got it on clearance for 65% off 😋

So... something to point out.. these lego store leaks potentially came from two different stores.. The 4 regular sets are the European boxes with the standard no piece count The gauntlet box shows the piece count.. was it possibly found in north America?

Totally fair points, my issue with this particular delay tho is know these sets come out at tge same time as SW which also takes a large part of my attention, I was banking on being able to buy the marvel sets in june then recoup for August, just a matter of too much at once now

Monkie kid, force awakens, last jedi, rise of Skywalker, rogue one waves all revealed within 2 weeks of release, tho they all had majority of set images leak before hand And as you just brought up, Shang Chi leaked ridiculously early, but Lego only Officially revealed them 1 week before North American release

You guys realize that as "late" you perceive these reveals to be, we still now basically nothing about the friends D2C that apparently releases in less then 2 weeks, is it not possible they are just playing these INCREDIBLY close to the chest because they simply have strong faith in this wave

Yeah, I agree, his helmet was much slimmer and the gold parts less involved in endgame, I gave my mark 85 that helmet, along with some chrome gold arms from a key chain, one of my favorite figs now

Kinda, it can take anywhere from 1-2 years, or longer in special cases like Mario, tho honestly O feel like this wave was put together over last summer when it became apparent that 1. MCU based sets sell a bit better then the comics sets (at least thru 2018-19) 2. At the time with covid MCU films were being delayed again and again, so it's very likely that's where this subtheme was born from Fun fact, this has actually happened before with DC, the Batman V Superman sets were originally designed to be released in 2015 when the movie was originally set, but then the film got pushed back a year to restructure some stuff (most likely explaining why we never got doomsday) and in a year they rushed out the fan favorite 2015 justice league wave to coincide with Lego Batman 3

This thread and Instagram have literally been full of people complaining about how the whole excitement of this wave has beem ruined since Thor leaked the other day, and the main point of that comment was saying that if the hairpiece, or thors new look really was a big deal (which, grand scheme, it isn't), then you might as well skip the set, I almost don't wanna see anymore leaks cause it'll just lead to more complaints, cause just like Thanos himself, they're inevitable

Don't think that was really called for.. I care a LOT about this theme too, and want it to succeed, it just seems like everyone is taking these things to seriously, I mean... were so excited about these sets, are people really not gonna get them because of a hair color not being the one we assumed? True in theory, tho I personally think Rocket should have always been a brownish color and not grey, and wanda's hair color is still too close to call imo Especially since Tony's hair color and piece has changed multiple times in MCU sets tho his film hairstyle hasn't changed that much since IM3

This thread is getting predictable I came to see how many people were upset about wanda's hair

I personally don't see it as being anymore accurate, plus I only see bruce 😮 I would say a reused rocket makes the most sense, plus honestly I plan on getting a second one anyways so that would save me that hussle
