Oz sets would be great. I love this, though. The witch is a great looking minifigure as is. It's a bit pricey, especially for people who aren't going to play the game at all, but still great.

I'm guessing there will be another release with a printed head eventually. I'm not sure they want to reveal the character yet. Then again, most fans have been following up with all of the information and spoilers.

I got this with a 15% off coupon. Worth full price, $19.99 USD for 193 pieces is pretty fair. I'd say it's the best valued set in the wave, except maybe the Snowspeeder, but I like the minifigures better in this set.

I've seen some mentioned here that I would fully support, like the Satyr, Centaur, and Anubis. I'd prefer, if they were to do Mythology, that they explored all world myths rather than a heavy focus on Europe. For example, figures like Ganesha the elephant god, or Hanuman the monkey god, both from Hindu myths. As far as Europe goes, though, how about the Green Man? How about Baphomet? Most mythology is religious in nature, so they should be somewhat differentiated from their religions, but all of these would make great figures.

I completely agree! They did a nice Forestman revamp way back, I'd like the same for Wolfpack!

Got some Gargoyles today. Feeling really good. I hope everyone else is able to find what they are looking for!

I voted for the Mordor Orcs. They are my favorite because of how useful they are in my own projects. I prefer them with the generic dark brown legs, and I swap their heads out for yellow human heads. I also give them the shields from Mirkwood Elf Army. They are now a band of Forestmen. My next favorite are the Uruk-Hai. I perform a similar procedure with them.

An added note to this previous post: It was perceived that I was insulting the designer, but it was not noticed in that same post that I was praising him for his design of the Gorilla Legend Beast. I also loved his execution of the Exo-Suit, and I'm a fan of the City of Atlantis set. On topic: I would be a huge supporter of LEGO getting the license to do D&D. I think that setting would be perfect for LEGO. Creating their own D&D Medieval Fantasy LEGO setting with their own campaigns and the D&D Ruleset would be fantastic. Power Rules sounds more like a story than a set of rules, though. We'll have to wait and see. Hopefully, we won't be waiting too long!

I actually had no idea. I'd like to apologize for my abrasiveness, but my opinion holds. I did not like that set. Was it executed poorly? No. It fulfills everything you'd expect from a large set called Tiger's Mobile Command. It's the concept. The concept is flawed from the beginning, and can only be executed so well. There are great things about the design, and it's done well for what it is, but I don't need a huge tiger tank. And tigers are one of my favorite animals. I see he also designed the Ninjago Temple of Light. I love that set. I own it, and as someone who regularly deconstructs builds, this is one set that I still have intact. Even when I finally tear down the structure, I'm likely to keep the golden ninja mech together. It's a great design. I'd prefer if the structure was more dark red than red, and if there were more gold on the mech, but it's a nice set. So it's not the designer. He does a good job at designing what he is tasked to build. I just don't always like the ideas to begin with.

Are you saying that the new Thundercats show wasn't very good, or that Chima wasn't very good? As a huge fan of Thundercats from the 80's, I actually liked the new Thundercats series, and wished that they had been able to continue into their second season. It was looking promising. Not as good as it could have been, catering too much to children rather than their (now) adult fans, but it was still good. As for Chima, it was pretty bad. I'm not a fan of the armor styles, the mechanized robot animal vehicles, or the abundance of transparent pieces on weapons and armor. I did, however, like the fact that they had those army building Tribe sets. Unfortunately, they never made one with the Tiger guys in it. I actually liked the Tiger dudes that came in that Tiger's Mobile Command set (70224), but it was way too much to spend on such a horrible set just to get the minifigures. I also liked the Gorilla Legend Beast (70125), despite my general disdain for brick-built animals and the ugly over-sized Hammer weapon. The Gorilla is the only Chima set I purchased. As to the person above who wants He-Man LEGO, I'd love to see a line of MOTU Themed LEGO as well. Eagerly awaiting new information on this Nexo Knights to see how it stacks up.

My favorite is the Gargoyle, hands down. I also really like the Fly Monster, a close second. Least favorites are the Monster Rocker and Monster Scientist, easily.

I have been a fan of LEGO since the early 80's, with a bit of a Dark Age through the late 90's and early 00's. I am primarily a fan of historic themes like Castle and Pirates, but I also dabble in others, particularly licensed themes like Star Wars, Hobbit / Lord of the Rings, and Superhero themes. I am also a fan of the Collectible Minifigures. I am originally from Canada, but now live in the United States. I have been lurking around these forums for quite some time, but only recently decided to join and post. I'm happy to be here, as this seems to be a great community full of like-minded individuals. As far as switching out the futuristic parts goes, I'm assuming we're talking armor, helmets, shields, and weapons. I was actually hoping for some cool new medieval designs of armor and shields, and maybe new helmets with hair. I'm hoping we'll get useful stuff in this capacity, but everyone knows what they did where Chima was concerned.

I guess that would be appropriate after my most recent posts. I don't get where you're seeing Trojan Horse, though. I'm absolutely hoping that you are right. But you can't be serious about the logos being stylized the same way. The lettering looks completely different. The sword and shield designs are completely different. If you want to generalize to make a point, that's fine, but I don't see them being similar outside of those superficial observations you made. One of them looks far more medieval, and the other looks far more futuristic, even at first glance.

Troll's Robo-Wheel would have me concerned. The Robo-Defender would make me feel uneasy. There's nothing in the names of those sets that feels futuristic. Adding Robo has me expecting something like this: Maybe that's just because I've read that this is supposed to be like MOTU. Funny thing is, I was a big fan of He-Man when I was younger. I'd have no problem with a theme in that vein. Just don't try to pass it off as a Castle theme, because He-Man is a science fiction show. Science fantasy at best, but far from medieval fantasy. Fair enough, but what does Robo imply if not robotics / futuristic technology? I'm trying to stay optimistic that they are intending more of a steampunk design, as has been discussed here. It looks a fair bit more medieval than the Nexo Knights logo. It's stylized to look like blades, and even has a nice sword right there for the T. This logo, on the other hand, looks very futuristic by comparison. Sure, they both have swords and shields in the design, but neither of those look medieval in this logo. I'm not really saying that Nexo Knights is going to be a failure of a theme, I'm just saying that it doesn't really sound Castle enough at this point to see it being a Castle theme. And I'm mostly saying this because, even if I like Nexo Knights, I'm still going to want to see a Castle, Kingdoms, Forestmen, Wolfpack, or Fantasy Era type of medieval historical / fantasy theme.
