The only minifigure I'd really hope for from Ghostbusters is Vigo the Carpathian, but I seriously doubt that would ever happen. Glad we're getting the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man in Dimensions, though.

See, I find the Old Greys useful, adding variation to the Bluish Greys. I have quite a bit of it, and at least when it comes to Castle building, it looks great mixed together. I originally didn't like the new grey colors, but they've grown on me.

I haven't seen anything, but we probably shouldn't be discussing it yet. Some of the pieces sound like they might be useful. From what I'm understanding, there's a lot of Dark Red? When you say the evil characters are red, you mean Red, not Dark Red, right? Also, you mentioned that there would be a Chrome Silver sword. Are there any other Chrome parts you can see?

Does the armor you're talking about look like this (at least when it comes to the 'shield' pattern on the front)? Are the visors like the ones from Knights Kingdom 2? Ultimately, what I'd like to know: Are there any armor, helmets, visors, or other such items that don't look sci-fi, or that aren't in weird colors (like neon orange)?

I had a 15% off coupon, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten anything. The sets are all a bit overpriced, if you ask me, but that's what you get when you're into Star Wars.

Plague Doctor I would love to see the Satyr, Terracotta Warrior, Sorceress, Female Elf, and Dragon Suit Guy most from this list. Those would be my top 5. I'd definitely pick up the Mountie and Banana Suit. Probably a few others. This was a list of my favorite / most likely from other people, so of course I like them all at least a little. Mostly, I just want more Historic types to use with Castle, since there will be no Castle sets next year.

I didn't get any figures with that leg armor, but I was considering picking some of it up. Now that I've read these posts, I can see why that would be a bad idea.

I'm not a fan of Magenta and Lavender. They are overabundant. I don't particularly like the fact that all of the technic pins are color coded either. Now that Pearl Dark Grey and Pearl Light Grey / Silver helmets and weapons are available, I don't really like having them in plain flat greys. I do still love the Black versions, though. Overall though, I'm glad they have so many colors available. I just wish you could find any piece in the color you want. And maybe a darker Purple would be nice, too. Dark Purple to me is just Purple. It would be nice to see more Chrome Gold and Chrome Silver pieces. I like them, but they don't do them enough and the Pearl Gold looks weird next to the Chrome.

That's kind of sad. I was hoping for a Castle, since there will be no Castle sets next year. But the price point vs piece count is tempting. I hope it looks as good as it sounds for what it is. Still doubt I'd buy it. I haven't spent over $100 on a set that wasn't in some way related to Castle or Historic themes since I got back into LEGO, and I doubt I will. The modulars are really calling to me, though. If only there was a modular medieval. I wonder what minifigures this set will come with. And I wonder if I'd be able to buy any of them for less than $20 each...

Oh my. For the most part, this sounds horrible. Flying robo-horses? Lipstick on Jestro? The shields sounds pretty cool, though. I just wonder if they will be in Trans Neon Red Orange... And hopefully the visors will not be too sci-fi or colorful to use with Castle themes. I was hoping for cool new armor, but it doesn't sound too great. Sounds like Warhammer 40k. Then again, I'm not a fan of that either, so I may just be lumping it in because it sounds like big bulky sci-fi armor. Thanks for sharing, CM4Sci. You're providing a much needed service.

It didn't feel like He-Man to me. Someone said Warhammer 40k, and from the drawings I'd say it's closer to that. Actually, it feels like Chima and Ninjago. Or, more accurately, it feels like Spyrius or RoboForce with a pseudo Castle skin. I hope enough people buy this that the prices of individual parts stays low, but also that few enough people buy this that they decide to cancel it.

I'm still hopeful for rumors or discussion about Castle themes in 2016. That's what this thread is for. Fair enough. Can't wait for more information on that. Hope it's not just wishful thinking. I don't mean to be such a pain, it's just that this thread has turned into the biggest disappointment. Laughably so.

Is this an Action theme rather than Castle / Historical? It would seem that way. Do we think that this is different enough that they could run a Castle theme at the same time? I would think so. I hope that LEGO decides that both can carry on together, but I feel that they will hold out on a real Castle theme as long as this abomination is on shelves. So maybe this topic should only be updated with rumors about a 2016 Castle theme? Which, it would seem, will not be coming...

This looks awful. Not the drawings, they are good, but the sets that are depicted look atrocious and nothing like a castle theme. Sci-fi with castle elements? I hope we get a real Castle theme soon.

Thanks for sharing information! It's good to have at least something to go by. Neither am I, I'm a Castle fan. Exactly. It's not really a Castle theme, as far as I can tell. I'd love to hear information about a 2016 Castle theme, because Nexo Knights does not seem like it will deliver in that capacity (despite the fact that it has a "castle" and "knights").

My understanding is that they will send you a completely random package, so it may not be the same minifigure.

I assume this is the Bantha being discussed: If so, it would be a real shame not to have it. It's a fantastic design. I'm a huge fan of these creatures, especially those from Star Wars, and this one would be a great addition to my little menagerie.
