    Cool, guess that's a pretty nifity play feature that they've incorporated into an otherwise dull cardboard backing. Gives me food for thought, I was initially tempted to throw the box away and keep the plastic bits.

    I’ve now seen the minifigure printed on the background go from “Benny” to classic policeman in promo pictures and now the nurse in your photo. Is it some kinda Rolodex thing ? A kinda paper dial at the back to change the minifig on the frame?

    Egads! Used translation to decipher the Hungarian product description : A rare copy of the police officer. Shivers run down my spine when I think of how hard it will be to get one then.

    Did any of the "certified media" get review sets yet? I am very curious to know about the potential variety distribution. I, for one, am skeptical about the 1 policeman per box that is heavily bandied about.

    Cheers for the review. You really churned out a lot in the space of a day! The Mech looks very pudgy. Would love to see another picture with the smaller mech sitting on the bigger mech's bay with the enclosure open if you have the time.

    Thanks for the brilliant pics @Penkid11 Nexo Knights line will live on for 2018 at the very least. It's weird about the minifig pictures up top though. Some ghosting happening there. Either they forgot to mask the layer in photoshop or it's a hint at some plot point?

    That's true. Perception of good quality in the factory differs greatly from location to location even though they are under the same company especially with topics that deal with qualitative analysis/judgement.

    Agreed. It would have been an excellent minifig for any Ninjago fan if the yellow was darker. It just seems like it could have been resolved by making the print thicker. Such a disappointment and I can't believe the Quality Control just let it slide.

    Wonderful review, I think the Lady Iron Dragon Head that you got is a bit defective. Mine is not that good too but I don't think it exhibits the kind of "bleeding" that your one does. Question: Why is this set free?

    Such an entertaining and detaile review with lots of bonus data. The bubble chart approach is nice (I've done something similar for my personal comparison for other sets) The nicely taken pictures and transitions within the pictures are a marvel to behold and I know for a fact, a pain to arrange. Judging by the shadow diffusion, you must have a decent softbox setup too! I have the same complaint for the Fire Mech which is generally very sturdy except for the flimsy flags. How could they have missed that? Nice review all round. PS: I love your watermark.

    Sorry for revisiting the carrot costume topic. As was confirmed by a few before, it is a just custom dual molded part by some third party printer called crazybricks. Now...about Series 18....hoping for some tasty details soon.

    Great review as always, Whitefang. There are many of us who appreciate the huge amount of side pictures that you painstakingly take along with other similarly themed minifigs :) I'm really missing the point on why TLG decided to have 3 different Garmadons (Having two variants of the same character is already overkill)
