  1. As a moderator on another forum (non-LEGO) I am an avid supporter of the "Death Thread Arise"-principle.

    a) It reduces duplicate threads

    b) when someone invented the wheel in 2008 no need to invent it again. Just use the main source (thread).

    c) it is rather nice to see things from the past which have been forgotten or not seen by new members emerging on the first page again.

Great set. The one thing I know I am going to modify is the roof. it loks a little too "old" for my liking. That business wouldn't pass a workplace security inspection :).

I know what you mean. But the small "fix" to place the out of place plates correct will do wonders I imagine.

Good review, great set! Also looking out for the combination with the haunted house.

House reminds me of the wooden houses in the Swedish city of Hjo.

  3. Hey,

A question to others who own the 9450 set with the four headed dragon.

My kids have this set, build it when they got it. Never took it apart or anything but now I noticed that the lower half of two dragon heads start falling off. It are the two heads without the ball-shooter.

The lower parts of those heads are very loose and thus easily fall down the technic rod. A small swoosh is enough.

Anybody else has this issue? I know workarounds but it isn't... cool. As all other dragon heads are still fine, also on other models (ice, fire, earth, lightning, gold).

Five seasons and the prelude being readily available on Netflix doesn't hurt exposure.

Opening weekend box office numbers vs LEGO Batman's haul will tell all.

Netflix has a different availability around the globe. In the Netherlands only the prelude with the skeletons and season 1 with the snakes is available on Netflix.

I do not expect big boxoffice numbers for Ninjago. Batman had Batman and the Lego movie was so generic in title it had broad appeal.

Really good reviews might help ofcourse.

  5. I think you are trying to link from google photos. You need to place them in a directory within google photos that is free to view for everyone. You need to go to the sharing details and allow that others can view that map.

First review of the Green Mech Dragon up on youtube!

My opinion is unchanged, what a fantastic looking set, my only gripe is that the tail seems to be too floppy but it looks amazing overall, can't wait to pick one up.

That tail mechanism is exactly the same as the one from the Earth Dragon (back in the days when Ninjago was still new, lol). The whole dragon seems based upon the Earth Dragon templete. Which is a good thing.
