Just been reading the UK Press release, how cool is this feature If you play as the current doctor and die, then you regenerate as Doctor number 1! You then regenerate each time back to the current one though the whole set of them. That way I guess the Doctor is just one mini-figure in the game with numerous variations (no idea if each is selectable like the various Iron Man variants in the last marvel game) Not just that as a cool feature but EACH doctor will be voiced (via archive clips)... so confirmed you will here all of the doctors in the game with there actual voices! That's just epic... Oh and each time your return to the tardis as any one of the doctors, the interior will reflect that doctor! Oh and a jukebox, which you can select the various Dr Who themes from! http://brickfanatics.co.uk/doctor-who-travels-across-time-space-in-lego-dimensions/

The the Joker riding the Balrog. Also at 2.43, whats the white character doing somersaults?? Looks like a stormtrooper, but it cant be? Guess its some Ninjago figure i'm not aware of?

LEGO Marvel's Avengers Video Game Discussion

Its going to seem pretty weird to play though this game with the base open world pretty much the same (New York)as the last marvle game. When the guy from TT was live on the twitch E3 stream last night doing a play through of the the battle of new york stage (stage 6 or 7 apparently) it made it look pretty much the same, yes some graphical improvements, and i'm sure the puzzles will be different. As a 100%er the thought of flying/driving/walking around the same base open world (with likely 50% the same characters with same skills) means this is the first game i'm not 100% sold on yet. Also note that the guy from TT was saying its later into winter for a release now, i guess as we suspected Dimensions needs some breathing space... Oh and I hope that the combination of characters is better than in the hobbit when you could combine the dwarfs for different things. There never actually showed that. He kept talking about innovation all the time, but I could not see all that much from what was shown (Black widow had some different thing for searching for objects). I did miss the first five minutes though and there may have been something new there. We shall see, I looked much more next gen though in the footage shown, looking forward to seeing more.
  4. I go back to the original Lego Star Wars game on PS3. Hooked from the start! I have 100%ed all of them other than Pirates of the Caribbean, Batman 2 and LoTR. All three of them came out while my PS3 was broke before I got a PS4. It got broke as one of my young children attempted to insert 4 CDs into the slot! Cheers kids! I think you can get most of the missing three on the VITA (which I have now) so I should catch up on them at some point. Lego JP arrives today though, so the platinum trophy hunt can begin.

I think it was confirmed somewhere both Batman's (DC and Lego Movie) are in this game, which will lead to the inevitable meeting of the two and TT will have plenty to work with on that! Mabey they can throw in 60's Batman from the last Batman game.

Yep, although there might be other non female characters who can get up them too. To be honest its going to be interesting to see if Batman for example still has the ability to change suits and therefore fly (From 2nd and 3rd Batman TT games) In the trailers I have seen many of the features of TT games of the past are there, Silver and Gold lego blocks (the ones that can be destroyed with explosives or fire/lazers). In the last trailer there is bit where the Scooby Doo Mystery Machine is driving towards the camera and in the background it looks like the the puzzle from the Marvel game where you had to use Ant Man when hes small to get through.
  7. Hi, new member from Shropshire, England checking in. 35 years old starting to be grumpy old man! Been reading EB for years now, since I developed a slight addiction to travelers tales Lego games, and also rediscovered the joy of lego after my kids were born. One of those epic moments when going into my parent attic and remember just how much of the damn stuff I had! Own every collectible mini figure (blind bags) other than dratted Mr Gold (and never ask how much I foolishly paid for Series 1 Zombie to complete the collection!). Me and my son also collect Mixles and have all but one of them. My daughter has Lego friends coming out of here ears, but also have been collecting architecture sets, other random cheap finds on Ebay/Amazon and also buy Lego Cusso/Ideas sets. But its the Lego games that are my main thing weirdly, and the recent announcement of Lego Dimensions has pushed me over the edge to register. Have got platinum trophies on lots of Lego games back to when they started doing them on PS3. Looking forward to joining in the conversations.

Rampage World Tour.... I can see that being included... a real retro classic, that is about smashing buildings and stuff... that's what Lego TT games are all about! Paper Boy would be class too. First post on EB, as the anticipation of Dimensions coming out has caused me to finally join. Really looking forward to more of the details of this game coming out.
