Can anyone make the props from Lego marvel superheroes?
gamejutzu posted a topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
By "the props", I mean the interaction points in the game, like the: Control panel Claw switch Mr.Fantastic and Loki grate Electricity generator outlet Rope attachment handle Regular switch Etc. I tried to find anything close to this for minutes and minutes, so, I guess that no one made them yet. If anyone could create some real life replicas of these objects, that would be really great. -
REVIEW: 70751 Temple of Airjitzu
gamejutzu replied to WhiteFang's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Getting mine soon. I noticed the dark red things resembling cones on the first floor railings next to the stairs. Can those be worn as fez hats? And also, I've heard that you can put a minifig in a way where they are on the temple's roofs as if they're running along them. But won't they slide off if you do that? The only thing here that I don't like is Nya's... Interesting face expression, and the fact that every set with Nya comes with hair for her, yet here there is none to be found for any ninja. But I'm not seriously going to let that make me not get it. By the way, little note, your cinematic posing needs some work. Sorry. -
Me? I already know I am. LOL

It's okay. If this is the shield, than we don't need to see Mjolnir to know it will look phenomenal!

The more i'm hearing this the more I can see this happening. Either I should stop reading these or we're all geniuses.

Okay then, thanks guys! Will things change this generation? Lego is at a very good position right now and is very accessible online. Some quick research and pictures will show that Lego is indeed for everyone. So will the same thing happen? Will people this time drop Lego for the some of same reasons listed above? Why?

I'm not really into the shoot em' up games though. Even if there are good puzzles.

Amazing! Hulk, Hawkeye, and War Machine are the best for sure! (in that order in my opinion) You guys and your amazing mechs are slowly forcing me to learn these same building techniques!

Alright then, you win. Seems fair that I don't like these kinds of tropes, and I shouldn't make others try and agree. It's just that watching the game trailers and gameplay, it felt cartoony but not as much as the movie is making it. I guess you guys could tell me what you thought about the movie after it shows, then.

Who would the primary enemies be? something new? or a combination? Say, there's a secret underworld entrance in a cave system, and the ghosts (or Clouse) retreat there, and maybe fuse or team up? Maelstrom skeletons! Or would it just be underwater mobs?
-
Yeah, but without it, underwater combat will be very strange... But I see where you're coming from. What else could they use? An edited version of it that fits ninja style and it's armored but not bulky? If they use a light suit, they would not last long realistically. There could also be more use of the deepstone Ronin mentioned. They could be swimming all over it.

I didn't mean that. I meant, make Clank look a bit shinier than he is in the movie, where he's dull shiny instead of "shiny" shiny. He looks like it in the game trailers, but not in the actual game. Maybe it's the graphical issue, but it's there. I also didn't mean make him "realistic" realistic, but make him move in a way that makes him look like a realistic animated robot rather than a cartoony animated robot. There's more than one kind of animated robot. Right now, Clank moves quick and... Well.. Cartoony.. It's like that "bleep blop click clunk" kind of thing. I did not have Transformers in mind when thinking of this. By the way, I'm not trying to stir trouble or anything, it's just that I was bothered by this trend animated movies are getting into, and I was honestly expecting RaC to look different from those (and be blown away by it's visuals...). A bunch of kids and mainstreamers (who didn't play) are going to be watching and are probably going to buy the games as well. And if there is a movie that's off a book or game I want to watch, I usually read up on it (for book) or play the game or read up on a wiki (for game).

Any chance that they'll release an instrumental for the Anacondrai Whip? At the beginning, there's tons of stuff masked by lyrics I want to hear. Or is it too late for that?- 4591 replies

Can anyone make the props from Lego marvel superheroes?

Yaay. If you're still here, can anyone make the micro builds of the areas you are briefed on before the mission? Like the raft, Stark tower and Dr. Doom's mansion. -
Yeah, it would be EPIC. I'd buy a ruined temple with preeminent creature attacking (or just a giant squid). They would HAVE to add PWR suits. BUT people will criticize Lego for milking their ideas instead of moving on. I mean, Pirates and underwater? They could have awesome sets, with underwater clan, temples and even a good story. The only thing that would be off is the combat. It would be too floaty unless it was on the ocean floor, with occasional water fights. And let's face it, we all know that they would be nuts to not use the PWR suits here. What else could they possibly use? It's practically a free suit, all the designs are already worked out, they'd just have to transfer things.

So, Ratchet and Clank is already too cliche? I didn't get that feel watching gameplay. If Ratchet and Clank was cliche before, it's even more now. The visual style and animation along with the style of jokes are too cliche. The story is WAY to cliche as well. It's just "Loser to star" + some cliche heartwarmers. Everyone's watching it just because it's Ratchet and Clank. Since this is a PS game, I was expecting extremely detailed fur on Ratchet (close ups) and Clank being very shiny with realistic robotic animation, not cartoony-like robot animation. Those do exist in animated films. But what do I know? Maybe the games ARE as cliche as this. I've never played. But I do know that this will NOT be what brings me into RaC.

In an alternate dimension, that's a Disney Princess castle... Great job!

The minidolls are alright. But the minifigs have way better deail, no argument there. It's just if the minidolls have the same printing as the Friends line does, then the quality will decrease. But, Lego will not do that. They'll probably put a good amount of detail in there. The only sad thing is that, in an attempt to bring boy and girl fans together, Lego's just driving the two apart, instead of doing the most obvious thing. Bringing them together.

Of course they will be in minidoll form. Every girl-targeted theme is. Minidolls are ok, except they need leg articulation. But what bothers me is why Lego needs to go lengths to ensure girls get these. When you think about it, that's really the only reason why the minidolls exist in the first place. Lego changed just for that. Or rather, them. Making more girl protagonist themes are alright, but they didn't have to make such a huge change. If Lego mainly appeals to just smaller boys, then they could have easily balanced that out if they wanted to, by adding more female figures or starting new themes with mainly female minifigs. If boys will stop buying sets cause of that, the Lego should honestly just tell them to cut it out and carry on. But most small boys I know actually think the ladies look cool and actually want more (samurai x). They basically split Lego in half. But this is kinda crazy in my opinion. Btw, Harley's good? ok.. Is the show legit? Like going on CN as it's own 22 min. block?

Something big is stirring... Prepare yourselves... THUNDER is coming! Lol I don't even know where that's from. But that isn't impossible. Those appearances do mean that he is physically present in that universe. All Lego would have to do for sets would be to make different suits for him. BUT they might screw it up by introducing "friends" in there, which will most likely ruin it. There isn't a franchise currently that only uses ONE character, rather several. Wasn't there a minifig in Lego Dino that had a last name of thunder? That could be it. The next generation of thunder? Since even Dumbledore appeared in TLM, but he's dead. Anyway, there could be several characters if this is the case. Teamwork was never Johnny's style, but you never know about his great grandkid's.

I don't get it though. Sure, some of the people here lost contact with their Lego, but if you liked it then how was interest lost? Someone can force you to do something, but they can't make you like it. It's impossible. Were there other things to do? Or was it that they forcefully pushed themselves to leave it? I'm sorry if this is coming out the wrong way, and I sound like a jerk, but I was really interested to know. All around me, people dropped Lego like a hot potato and kept telling me to do too. I didn't get why and I still don't. I've heard of the dark ages, but that specific part of it never got answered. Could I get some insight on this? Thank you for reading.

NOO!! Seriously though, i'm kind of sick of those. They never get higher than a 7. I mean, sure, it doesn't have to be completely faithful to the show (where the actual plot comes from), but even then, it would turn out the same as the rest. If Lego isn't going to change anything with the way they make their games, could they at least give Ninjago a console game? Before the movie. Sure, they're enjoyable, but it deserves better. It's just a lego game. Actually it's less (handheld). If some people noticed, Ninjago is different from other brands, from it's visuals to it's concept. Lego really isn't doing it justice. Especially when they're treating it to handheld rank only. If they make the game right, it can finally be different and change Lego's reputation. A ninjago game for this year is most likely inevitable, with the Sky theme and the movie soon. *Sigh*
-
Is the only theme Sky pirates? As in NO underwater at all? I let the PWR thing go a while ago, but I'd still like some underwater stuff. It obviously isn't showing up now, but I was thinking it could release like the Temple of Airjitzu. I mean, if they don't add it, then they never can, since it would be too similar to pirates. They COULD do a line of ONLY underwater, but some would think Lego is just idea stretching. If there isn't underwater now, there will likely never be. Underwater wouldn't fit them anyway. Save it for Bionicle.
