Myer usually do price match with a catalogue. So after Thursday they should do it.

Myer Adelaide are stocking shelves now with new Beach House and smaller LOTR sets if you're interested.

Ah well. Thanks guys and girls. I bet it'll show up tomorrow or something. The staff at TTP fully acknowledged the voucher but it must be printed off. I got lucky earlier today I guess. Got my 2nd Red Cargo Train anyhow so I'm still pretty happy (was last one too!)

Nah it's real. Used one today from a nice lady (see earlier post). Going to hope it can be scanned off phone if someone has it.

OK back from Myer Adelaide. They'd run out of Red Cargo Trains (boo hiss - but it would be my second one!), but everything else seemed to be there. Though their Tower Bridges and VWs were going pretty quick (maybe 4 or so of each left). Mentioned the 10% Myer One email - "no printer" - they said they don't *have* the voucher so they can't scan it. However today's Nicest Lady In The World handed me hers - its the same number so use mine. Bingo - 10% extra off my haul of SW Lego and Thomas toys. So not too bad a job since its not a nice day at all to go outside, and I'm going to try Myer TTP for the Cargo Train tonight of the weekend - which will be likely good for my credit card in that it won't be there! :)

Is there a 10% extra off Myer One bonus about the place???

Thinking I'm going to have to pick up my second 3677 Red Cargo Train tomorrow. Breaking it down it works out a bargain for Power Functions and track and other pieces for an extension to a train layout. Dear oh dear. Poor credit card...

Target Adelaide wasn't too bad. Saw two R2s but I have one. I left with $50 worth of wooden Thomas engines for my 2 y.o. :) I'm doing most of my Lego shopping at Myer tomorrow!

Yeh I found its a tough one to locate - however I saw it in Toyworld Adelaide CBD. Having checked Myer today with their big setup for the impending toy sale and barren shelves, it's likely it'll show there. Make me wonder though if stores could choose them individually and not you have to have all 3 in stock. This one is probably the least interesting to everyone bar AFOLs.

I thinks it's next Thursday. Was the voucher a standard one or particular just to you? I'm hoping there's one coming my way too :)

Girl at Myer Adelaide said that toy sale will have 20% off Lego with bigger reductions on some items, as well as a likely Myer One 10% extra promotion. Sounds like a by the numbers deal. Catalogue was due to be out soon.

I couldn't resist it, but got Target to match TRUs 25% off. Built it yesterday - its great and easily expandable.

I reckon this set is great. Got it for $150AU so I'm happy with that. Also I can see this as a starting point for a bigger Jabba's Palace I want to do so mixing this with the Skiff and I basically have all the figs I need to go with my tan brick collection. Yes it's an expensive set but I believe it's well worth it after building it. Much better than the Hoth set as a playset.

Due to impatience with Myer Adelaide getting their me SW stock sorted, I went to Target in Adelaide and got them to price match TRU's 25% off toys making Jabba's Palace @ $150. Pretty easy with no calls to a TRU so if you're sneaky they may do a UCS R2 for 25% off...

Myer are using this to clear old stock I reckon. Just seeing little new stock move onto the shelves. Toy Sale will probably be when it all appears.

CRAP! I knew I should've gone to TTP. I tried Marion with no luck. Boo hiss. Patience will win out I'm sure. What is the RRP on these two?

Not much at Myer Adelaide, one LOTR and two of the new SW sets - Saesee's Fighter and the Skiff. I bought both. Going to try another store for Jabba's later :)

Target Adelaide CBD have their R2s and Jabba's Palaces in. They have 15 of them @ $249 a pop. Jabbas is RRP @ $199. Myer CBD Adelaide has very little new SW stuff ready for tomorrow :( I get the feeling I won't be walking with anything tomorrow night.
