Yep got my Camel - lady behind the counter thought she should put one away too - unsure whether they all went but I'm sure a few did. Worked out as $129 less 20% ($26) less $50 vouchers = $53. Happy with that!

I'm there at 9am with $50 of vouchers in hand to get my Camel :)

Galaxy Toys has a few - some a little more reasonable. But I'd recommend Bricklink.

Myer Adelaide has 10226 Sopwith Camel $129. May wait for next sale. Toyworld Adelaide has SW Advents @ $50. And found some old stock - Battle of Endor, Slave 1, Wampa Cave all at RRP.

Wait for a Myer Buy 2 toys get 1 free. Hard to beat that locally I'd think. However I reckon if anything is going to get cleared for a low price it'll be these. Most stores seem to have a lot of stock.

Checked the fine print - excludes Lego. Bah!

Fire Brigade down to 133 Euro, in stock and purchased with a Grand Emporium for fathers day, birthday, Christmas based on when they arrive :) Joy!

As soon as stock shows I'll order both hopefully if the wife is feeling generous.

OK it's my birthday next month and am getting worried that if I don't get on the modular bandwagon I'll regret it. So which one or two should I get and from where? I was thinking Fire Brigade and Emporium from Amazon FR because they're likely to disappear sooner than the others (Town Hall and Pet Shop). I'll Bricklink with alternates the Cafe Corner...

Galaxy Toys in Adelaide have Palpatines Arrest - $159. They also seemed to have restocked so there's a fair bit on the shelf there at the moment. Oh they've got a couple of Town Halls too.

I'm assuming the software that this board uses has a mobile version, is it as simple as just enabling it? Could it just be a beta style test run to see how it's received? Not a requirement for anyone viewing it on a device just a user selected preference. I'm interested to know what the "damage" would be especially if you warn users that this is a test of the mobile site. Nothing beats proper user testing :)

So not the current 20% prices being used? I assume "can't be used with any other offer" is in play?

I'd also put in a yes for a mobile site. I use my phone 95% of the time to access EB (looking at new subscribed posts) and it's challenging to continuous zoom and try and hit the tiny buttons. EB isn't alone - MOCpages screams out a need for a mobile site and Brickshelf I don't ever look at as it's not usable on a mobile. And Rebrick just isn't usable on anything (I wont get started on that site). I use Brickset mobile and Bricknews app religiously as it provides a decent user experience on a device, and it's easy to switch to full sites if needed. And yes some mobile versions do suck, but there's also ways to do it properly. Are there stats of mobile usage? That might be interesting to know how many people are accessing the forum via a device. Sorry to preach a bit, it's been top of mind tonight while I look at sites. And this is the sort of thing I do for my day job to pay for my bricks :)

Just for the weekend unfortunately. The $10 voucher tho is valid this week only but only on single purchases. I have 6 of them if anyone wants one :)

So went to Marion today with no intention of buying anything as we all do :) Myer still had their 20% off but you get an extra $10 for every $75 you spend plus a $10 voucher for next week if you spend $30. To my surprise there's a Tower Bridge there still - so got it for $240 :) Also picked up the Duplo electric train for my son. Not bad for not expecting to find/buy anything but $240 for Tower Bridge was too good to leave.

Myer One email today says an extra 10% off toy catalogue items on Friday. I assume it's just show card as no voucher attached.
