Exactly that. The following is the said YouTuber's wording at the beginning of the video. "So rumor has it we're meant to be getting MULTIPLE Lego Lord of the rings sets in 2024." So I ask what rumor?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cstLG-IKtm0 At the beginning of this video, the YouTuber said that rumour has it we are meant to get "multiple" LEGO LOTR sets in 2024. Where does that rumour come from? Only Barad-Dur is confirmed next year. Why would he say "multiple"?

LEGO, make it a set. Then, we will forget the blunder of Hulkbuster and the black panther bust. gi

76252 Batman D2C 3,981 pieces $449.99 If this turns out to be the Wayne Manor from Keaton Batman 1989...I kid you not...there will be riots in this thread. Everyone will go NUTS!

The only way to make the Barad-Dûr set happen is by hyping it up to the roof. e.g. say "I would buy two of them." Then it will get noticed by LEGO.

Just like you said, it is absolutely doable in minifig-scale. https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-51085/LegoMocLoc/ucs-rivendell-council-of-elrond/#details Part 1 of LegoMocLoc' s UCS Rivendell MOC only has 6,851 parts. LEGO can simply do this part. But the problem with LEGO has always come to this: LEGO has the ability to make sets of great appeal to a great many people. But they never want to do it and just leave money on the table.

It is likely to be a micro-scale set. It once again proves that LEGO drops the ball and does not know what the fans truly want. Very disappointing.

    Marvel Superheroes 2022 - Rumors & Discussion

I wonder if you can add articulation to the legs (hip, knee and ankle). Or is it an impossible mission because the mech is just way too heavy?

    Marvel Superheroes 2022 - Rumors & Discussion

LOL, I guess we can all say this set is definitely BUSTED. A few points to note: 1) LEGO will get the wrong idea. This set is not going to sell well. Not because we don't need another Hulkbuster. It is because of the atrocious design. Yet, LEGO will think that we Marvel fans don't like LEGO Hulkbuster at all and LEGO will stop making such sets. 2) The set is bad. I mean , REAL BAD. What the heck with the chest proportion? It is even worse than the previous one. You bet your sweet big behind that some MOCers can definitely make a better set out of it. And, I don't want to talk about the ridiculous price. You cannot beat a horse to death TWICE. 3) LEGO Marvel needs to change direction. I can never understand why LEGO cannot have a well-designed big-mech for us all. Whatever the reason is, if you cannot do the job, then let others do it or do other things. That is to say give us vehicles or modular buildings.

Whatever the D2C set is, just don't give us any micro-scale one. The choice of Brickheadz is already disappointing enough. We don't need to take another hit. Micro-scale + Brickheadz = The best combination to screw up the reboot of the theme

What if the theme will come back with only BrickHeadz and no playsets at all? Everyone here in this thread will experience the biggest blue-ball in his life...Please LEGO don't do this to us all...
  13. No, you can have more. I just pick two. That's why I said one of the followings (or more):
  14. People say they are fine with LEGO adding females in the castle theme. But it is not clarifying enough. Adding female can mean one of the followings (or more): A. Having women as queens and concubines playing the roles of serving the king, basically forming a large HAREM. B. Having women as fighters and warriors taking the place of men, basically forming a large female ARMY. So, one has to wonder when people say they are fine with LEGO adding females in castle, are they talking about A or B?
  15. The fact that in the 10305 set the knights are women and there is only Queen but no King obviously upset some people. I bet there are going to be a lot of people buying up male minifig heads in LEGO stores just to swap the female ones in 10305. Whether people like it or not, they need to accept the fact that the castle theme (as in all things actually) is no longer male-centric. Heck, even the gender binary concept in LEGO is probably getting out-phased, yet we are still arguing about the women taking the dominance from men.
