As stated above its Samus Aran. I used some photoshop magic to edit the colors of the zoidburg like space alien from the CMF torso (along with the powerminer helmets)

If he dosn't want to do the role he dosn't want to. Simple as that. Voice acting is a hard job and if he dosn't want to do it, it's his choice.

What I do to remove print is get some really fine fine grit sand paper that is normally sold in model selections of hobby stores (The kind ive seen is a purplish color) and wet sand the print away. -
