The AT-ST head makes the most impressive design I ever seen—I will have to try it on mine!

[MOC] [WIP] The Command of the AT-AT

Lego recently came out with a new gear element in the Bucket Excavator set: I thought that could work, because of its similarities to the actual arc on the AT-AT, but with the gear teeth on the inside it cannot connect to the gear linkage throughout the legs. Equally worth to mention of why this element would seem impractical to use, that two of these place together to form a half circle will dramatically upsize the scale, and the limits of the Lego's biggest motor could not possibly support the immense weight of the walker at the current scale.

[WIP] MOC of the AT-ST Walker in LDD

Just to be clear, the walkers in the picture belong to michaelozzie (the original topic of this photo exists here), so you could ask him about his fantastic AT-DP. On his AT-ST, he used the design for the faceplate armor to enhance the aesthetics of his walker as well did I, and it looks great in real bricks.

AT-AT MOC (plus-sized -- but not super big)

Terrific work here! I find the head especially interesting, with the nice design for the visor, and also the untraditional, but very welcomed use of the lamp shade dishes for the cheek cannons. I am also fond of how you represented the vent details on the hull by using those hinge plates and tiles. Lastly, featuring an actual ladder than how Lego represents it with those grille tiles gives additional depth to the details of your walker, especially considering engineering of the ladders differs from the direction of the plated armor.

Post your Star Wars minifig collections!

Other than that, you could try your chance with the "Updates to your minifigure" threads; one might possibly consider it an update to their collection, maybe.

    [Model MOC] T-47 Airspeeder (Snowspeeder)

Yes, I removed them since I began updating the MOC to comprise of readily available parts along with a coherent building guide, but before I could do that, eurobricks had a major overhaul, and the ability to upload LFX files no longer exist (unless you have already uploaded the file before the overhaul). I could host the files elsewhere, but I would rather not sign up to a site I would hardly visit, but it may come to that if eurobricks is seriously no longer supporting this… PS Tracytron, try not to quote 48 images; it makes the page unnecessarily long and equally repetitive; posting your question would have suffice…

[MOC] [WIP] The Command of the AT-AT

Agreed with Fuppylodders and Smitty. I just cannot take the legs of the walker and simply shaft gears through it; there is literally no space and cannot be any space to do that, and the proportions would negatively require alteration in order to accommodate the engineering for the locomotion—it would be impossible. Again, bear in mind that this highly detailed AT-AT, with interior, will be piping around 10,000 pieces; the walker will not operate so efficiently under the immense weight. As for your negative gravity concept, that Smitty explained would not work so effectively, a design of this cannot easily hide amongst the skinny legs and the minimal space between the panels without being blatantly conspicuous; it is not ideal—but I have made preparations to prevent the hull from collapsing on the legs…

[MOC] [WIP] The Command of the AT-AT

Without it being cumbersome and conspicuous? I do not believe so. Understand that despite the impressive scale attributed to this MOC of the AT-AT walker, authentic locomotion would prove impossible in a scale respectively too confined to integrate, and to mention how the operation of the walker's locomotion can compromise the integrity of the elements utilized while under the toll of its immense weight. Regard also, that attempting to accomplish such in this scale would not manifest without compromising a considerable deal of details and proportions, which is the quintessence of UCS styled MOCs.

[WIP MOC] Another AT - AT

Exceptionally nice rendering! The design is also intriguing—I like how you cause the bricks to face opposite directions by using the bars and clips.

[WIP] MOC of the AT-ST Walker in LDD

Another BlueRender of my AT-ST this time compared with LEGO's AT-ST for the upcoming movie Star Wars Rogue One Also, notice how I positioned the stance of my AT-ST similar to what we saw in the second trailer of Rogue One.

[MOC] [WIP] The Command of the AT-AT

That would probably work more so if the walker had motorized locomotion, but, more so as well complicate implementing such a design. Anyway, you might find it interesting that I used the wall panel elements excessively throughout the walker armor hull, which will not only significantly reduce the weight of each section of the armor hull, but it will also reduce the piece count, and the seams of the interlocked elements.

    75153 AT-ST modification

Well, the AT-ST, unlike the other vehicles in the line, is from the original trilogy (episode 6 ROTJ specifically), which most fans have seen and familiar with. LEGO has made some dramatic improvements in this installment, but still has their limitations, and as much of the walker's appearance we have in mind, the inaccuracies become easily noticeable. Also, you are welcome for the links. You are welcome! It is amazing to witness tremendous ingenuity from many individuals come out of modding the same set!

    75153 AT-ST modification

Achieving that will not only require the inter-leg joint as I mentioned above, but 3-dimensional articulation for the joint thereof, to where they connect to the leg, and at the ankles. The neck would also need similar articulation to pull off the pose from the trailer.

    75153 AT-ST modification

That is one smart kitty I also suggest that the legs be reposition a smidgen farther from the body; and maybe go even further with implement the inter-leg joint. In my perspective of the set, it seems the legs are dwarfed by the big head, but placing them further apart would enhance the aesthetics.

[MOC] Incom T-65 x-wing (heavy modifications of Inthert's design)

Technic pin 2780 is currently produced in exclusively black. As for 3673, it does not have friction ridges as 2780, so it spins relatively free, though its mold does not permit bars to slide through completely—so it will not work with 3673.
