I know that you are relatively new here so it is an easy mistake to make but talk like this will only cause confusion. The only correct answer to the question of there being MM's next year is that we currently do not know. So lets wait until we have confirmation that there will be MM's before we start speculating as to what characters they might contain.

Ah I see. I don't follow the Harry Potter news closely and since it was leaked by the same people that leaked the SW list I figured it was real.

No need to apologize my friend, I agree with you that there is too much negativity around these forums lately but its up to us to make it more positive again and the only way of doing that is being friendly and respectful to each other :)

There are supposed leaks on instagram regarding 3 Harry Potter sets; The Chamber of Secrets, Room of Requirement and a large Diagon Alley set. Whether or not these are true remains to be seen but they are out there.

Lets all just calm down and end this unnecessary discussion right now. In the past days I have seen the Star Wars thread being closed down because people were being hateful towards each other, in the Harry Potter thread there were some hostilities lets not do the same to this thread please. Regarding the Star Wars sets leaking they have already been known for a few days now as have the Ninjago and Harry Potter sets so that is no guarantee that we'll get Superhero news as well. Lets just patiently wait until we get something concrete and respect each other while we're at it.

Sadly not. All we know so far is that there will be one Bat Mech set with Batman, Firefly, Poison Ivy and the Flash but other then that we are pretty much in the dark.

I think we have been misreading his comment. I believe he is talking about the Sanctum set when talking about the figures and I do not believe he has seen the GCPD set as of yet.

@SpiderJazz Since you know something about the upcoming DC sets I was wondering can you confirm/deny that we will be getting a Daredevil figure?

Sounds to me like you've pretty much got every villain there is to get at this point :)

While I like this pack a lot I honestly find it very strange that Lego is releasing it. First reason being the BvS has been out for quite some time now, secondly because the scene where Batman wears this outfit was pretty grim and definitely not child friendly. It is also pretty baffling how this came out of nowhere. I really think that Lego should do a better job with how they advertise new releases. Most of us only learn of new stuff coming up by having leaks etc. but nowadays it isn't uncommon for a new set to suddenly appear in stores with no single form of advertising it at all, you'd think people would want to know if a new set gets released in time so they can save up for it/children can put it on their wish lists.

Agreed, I've tried to find the origin of the DD rumors but all I can find is that someone wished for them to come and that information then being taken as confirmation. Don't get me wrong there isn't a single character I would love to get more than DD in a set with spidey but as of yet we haven't got a single sign pointing towards that happening except for the DD sticker in the Infinity War set. To go even further we don't even have confirmation that there will be any more sets in the Venom wave so as of yet everything is basically speculation.

Haha, yeah he was my favorite character on the show so I have done way more research on his character than I probably should have :P I also figured out that the concept art for Arrow did portray Merlyn as being gray and I believe that is why Lego made him gray in the game as well. Anyway I think that was probably enough on Merlyn from me as others are probably getting Merlyn fatigue by now ;)

I can see what you mean, but to be honest the LB3 version of Malcolm Merlyn was incorrect given that his suit in the Arrow show is actually dark brown as opposed to gray as it is in the game. I do agree that the face is more like Barrowman Merlyn then the classic comic book Merlyn (or juiced Vincent Price as you so hilariously say it :)).

Actually this design is based on his comic book design from the Green Arrow DC Rebirth book.

Managed to grab a decent shot of Merlyn as he is going to appear in the upcoming game and I really, really hope we'll get a physical figure of him. I absolutely love his design!

Why would Two-Face using half of Superman's hairpiece make him more unlikely to be released? I do agree with you that a new version of Two-Face (comic version) is long overdue. Catwoman I would also love to see in physicial form and I think that due to her recent comic book events the odds are pretty good of that. Like you I also really enjoy these new designs the game throws at us, particularly great to see characters like Merlyn in a manner how Lego would envision him as a figure.

I think the hair is new but until we get a better look at him I can't say for certain. It might be a bit early but I believe Lego always releases their sets a few months before the movie, atleast they did with BvS and Justice League.

The set is already out at comic-con and will be available to the full public from the 1st of August. It won't be part of the winter wave :)

While I would prefer a B&W Two-Face I'd be happy with this games version of him as well (basically his rebirth look). I would especially like the new hair piece for him as I feel it is more "realistic" as opposed to his black white hair.

Seems like Spidey is it for now sadly. There are no other sets on display and I don't think there are plans to do so.

I don't know all this arguing certainly adds flavor to the discussion... Only joking though, I think we should all just relax and realize that it is a toy we are talking about not some super secretive nuclear plans or something. For me the speculating/leaks certainly make the whole process of getting new sets more exciting but for all of us to enjoy that process we just need to respect each other.
