  1. [PRESS RELEASE] 10260 - Downtown Diner

I'm going to finish building this when I get home from work tonight, but once it is done I think the first thing I am going to do is try taking off the big brick-built "DINER". I'm thinking it might actually look better without it. - MJ
  2. The LEGO Batman Movie Set/CMF Rumors & Discussion

Found a box with 52 of the new minifigures remaining at the Toys-R-Us in Valencia, CA. They only let me buy 8 of them but gave me the "2 for $5" rate. In case it was still in doubt, I can confirm that Clock King's head is the Gingerbread Man's head reused. 3. Compatible Minifigures Discussion.

I think it's time someone made Kang the Conqueror. You listening over there in China?
  4. Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion

Mostly because of the minifigures. They have faces with expressions on them. Correct me if I'm wrong, but all the previous modular sets came with the generic smiley heads for the minifigures. But of course it is possible they are breaking tradition and mixing things up for the next ten years of modulars.
  5. Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion

If the next modular turns out to be a Diner, I'm guessing the leaked image is probably not of the final model. I like the idea of a Diner, however I'm used to Diners being separate buildings, not part of a street scene. Sort of like how Town Hall never felt right to me. Whenever I think Town Hall, I think the building with the clocktower from BACK TO THE FUTURE. - MJ
  6. Man, you jumped on that fast. I noticed my mistake and made the edit within 30 seconds of it posting!
  7. A Toys-R-Us near me has Series 16, Series 17, Disney, Batman and Ninjago minifigures available. They'll eventually sell out I'm sure, but I've never seen so many different series available at the same time before. - MJ
  8. The Greatest Collectible Minifigure THANKS AND GOODBYE

Many thanks to Itaria for running this game! I'm satisfied with the outcome, even if the winner wasn't the Diver or Hazmat Guy.
  9. Compatible Minifigures Discussion.

I've got one word for whoever is making those giant "mini"figures: Galactus.
  10. The Greatest Collectible Minifigure THANKS AND GOODBYE

Go, Scarecrow! Of the finalists, my favorites were Diver, Hazmat, and Scarecrow. Since my first two favorites were so horribly eliminated, I have to hope my last remaining figure makes it to the finals! Still can't believe the Diver didn't win it all!
  11. LEGO Ninjago 2017 Discussion

I can confirm that the box I got at the San Diego Comic Con had three complete sets of minifigures: one set per row. So basically yes.
  12. I didn't read through the entire review, so my apologies if this has already been covered, but I picked up a sealed box of these at the San Diego Comic Con this weekend and sorted them today. Each row contained a complete set of 20 figures. I'm not sure if Lego packs all of their boxes the same way, but if they do and you want one complete set, all you'd need to do is pull one row from a newly-opened box and there you'd go! - MJ
  13. The Greatest Collectible Minifigure THANKS AND GOODBYE

I like the Satyr, but the Tiki Guy gets my vote. I hope he pulls through!
  14. The Greatest Collectible Minifigure THANKS AND GOODBYE

I like the Elf and all, but I'm hoping there are others like me who would prefer to see the Hazmat Suit Guy, Classic Diver, Aztec, or even the Tiki Warrior take the grand prize.
