    [MOC] Lighthouse

This is a really nice and modern take on a light house Great idea, I would never have thought of a square lighthouse. The amount of windows helps brighten it up, and the white balcony on top is a nice touch as well!

    10244 Fairground Mixer

I really liked this set! As soon as I saw it I knew I had to have it! I think that the price should have been more like $130 USD but It was worth it! I like that they included the other fair games! it was also great to have everything functioning! I thought that the glow in the dark was a great finishing touch as well! I hope they make more fairground sets in the future!

    MOC: Beloved Belle (Modular Building)

Great Building as always Kristel! It went in a different direction on the exterior since you based it on a Spanish building, but it looks just as great as any of your other buildings! Love the interior detail and shop on the first floor. very classy and fancy looking and it looks like they sell very expensive dresses too!

My first MOC. Lego Summer House. About 1800 details.

This is Great for a first moc! I like the half arches supporting the balcony and the low angle of the roof!
  6. I like this set even though it is kind of expensive, It would be nice to use this set in a museum or laboratory...

    (WIP)-City Canal

This Project is amazing! the amount of detail is incredible!!! I definitely like the idea of using transparent plates over a sea bed at the base. I will use that in one of my projects somehow...

    Moc - Villa Palladiana

That's amazing!!! Huge! I am working on a spanish style modular, but this is so much bigger! I love how you did the stairs and the brick archways!

    Sets with 'modularising' potential

Although most of these are retired, the Creator houses: 4954, 4956, 4996, 6754, 5771, 7346, and 31012 all could make good modulars, although some are more difficult to modularize. I had some difficulty modularizing 4996 and 4956. 4996 I had difficulty with because in my opinion It needed another color to help diminish the brightness of the yellow, and 4956 also had very few colors, so I decided to brighten that up with an accent of tan and medium blue. I hope this was helpful, and have fun modular moccing

    10246 Detective's Office

Can't wait for this new set!!! I was first into my local Lego store for 10243: I expected lines for some reason so I got there an hour early and no one was there... I plan to buy the Detective's Office on Jan 1 this time as well If I were to be picky though, I would say that the modulars have been a little thin lately... I'm happy about the extra detail inside and the texture and variety on the front and back, but I hope that in 2016 that they give us a deeper modular like some of the older sets, but with the interior detail, texture, and variety of the newer modulars. I find the left face of the building is a little plain on the second floor with the brick texture, but It fits the era they were going for well, so there is not much they could have done there within that style... As an off comment, It seems like TLG might keep using the same toilet base from Pet Shop using the pot and lifesaver in white... I was interested in the pull chain toilet as I am making a few mocs of antique style modulars, and I was interested in the build from first mention, but as in the Pet Shop toilet it seems pretty straightforward. All in all, I am pretty excited for the release of the new modular, and while this won't be my favorite, I will certainly enjoy it as I enjoy all the Modulars.
