I found someone else's, Padawank's, Roman army, I counted 2 centurias plus calvary, probably around 200 Romans. here is the link http://www.flickr.com/photos/padawanks/sets/72157629287580974/with/7009086623/ Note: This army belongs to Padawank, and not me, I just found his gallery, that's all.

New York Toy Fair Coverage Part Two: Ninjago
h22chen replied to Aanchir's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Awesome! some of the snakes are great for dinorider mods, ha ha; and I really like Pythor P. Chumsworth. -
If there is an official Lego store near your location, it is good to check them out. I have seen both sets when my new local Lego Store opened in October. They had the Endor set on display for a while too. However, I haven't been paying attention to these two sets, so I'm not sure if they are sold out in my local Lego Store.

Ha ha, I am thinking the same when I saw that.

NEW BlueCoats are Coming! NEW BlueCoats are Coming!
h22chen replied to Mr. Elijah Timms's topic in LEGO Pirates
Thank you, the quality of the Black Falcon is pretty good, around the same as the clone troopers. My 20yr old Black Falcon finally have a friend. Here's some photos to clarify what I'm talking about. Cheers. =) Uploaded with ImageShack.us I looked more closely now, the magnet does not have a 3x2 piece but a protruding piece that you can attach the 2x1 piece and the minifigure. -

From the Black Falcon guy I got from the TRU promotion (unfortunately, I didn't get the Bluecoat guy when I bought over the required amount due to the TRU employee didn't know about the promotion [i went and purchased Lego on the 1st day of the promotion in the morning]) and assuming that the Bluecoat is of the same construction as the Black Falcon, then the magnet is definitely separate from the minifigure. The Minifigure is a full blown figure that is not glued to anything. The magnet is a piece by itself where you attach a 3x2 piece to it and you attach the minifigure to the 3x2 piece (well, there's an extra 2x1 piece to place it on the 3x2 piece). -
Just to confirm, there are only 3 rifles in the battle pack?

Oh wow, great set *drools*.

For me it was the set 7128 Speeder Bikes. The Scout Troopers (just alittle ahead of the Tie Pilots) are my favourite characters in Star Wars and I had the chance to get a few of these sets and it was decently price then too $10-12, arrgh!, but I didn't. The reasons I didn't buy them because: 1) my mother do not approve of me buying toys 2) I hate getting multiple copies of Luke Skywalker (even with 8 scout troopers, they had no chance against 1 Luke. Luke is ridiculously powerful that he can easily bring down an AT-AT or even a Star destroyer with the force... it'll be no fun in a battle scenario) As for not purchasing at least one of that set, I still regret it to this day... ... ... *sigh* EDIT *I wonder if TLG will release a set like this again...*

It is true, their prices are around 2-3x (I have checked some of the Toy stores in Taiwan) of the North American prices since Name Brand (Yes, Lego is indeed a name brand, yippee) imports are very expensive (I think it also has to do with demand, especially demand for good name/famous products). Now I know what to get for the children when I went back to Taiwan for visitation, Lego and Name brand clothing. =)

They can be Canadian or Swedish, if you want them to be. :'-) Norrington, it's quite similar, you have a good point. The Quebec flag do look like the Blue flag. *y*

Congrats! =)

Put weapons on their hands and they are an army =p Just joking :-D I would love to see your Race Driver army/horde. I once contemplated of getting an army of those guys... :-)

Wow, one can see the discrepancy in quality just by looking at the pictures.

Thanks. =) And both of you have Great points, I haven't thought about those points. he he. *sweet*

I agree with a lot of what the posters wrote about preference. For me, I classify the blue with the French and the red with the British (I refer more to the Napoleonic era). In this, the French changed from the royal white to the blue republican. http://www.napoleonguide.com/infantry_frcol.htm French Line infantry pic, in B&W though http://www.napoleonguide.com/uniforms_frinf12.htm and artistic prints http://www.battle-of-waterloo.com/french_army.htm IMHO Cheers! *y*
