This is Sariel's project. He is a Technic Super Star - 190 000 followers on YT.

I guess that this dragon dance could be some kind of automaton (crank driven, moving dragon)... If so, then it really sucks that it will be available only in China.

So... goodbye, flickr.

Thank you! Support it on Lego Ideas! Thanks! I hope that someday you will be able to build it!

Baba Yaga is asking: are you dare come to my garden? More on my flickr. Check also The Wardrobe, my Lego Ideas project.

Indeed, thanks!

My only objection to the book is the lack of title on the shelfback. Some Andersen's tale would be also nice, but I understand the reason for not including more optional scenes. Having said that - I love this set!

The Wardrobe in the wild... "Falkon" Fantasy and Science Fiction Festival, 12-14 October 2018, Lublin, Poland.

I don't know what exactly, but something is not working properly - after extensive promotional action (exhibition, leaflets etc.) I have only a very small amount of new voters. I'm getting frustrated by all this Ideas site improvement. They are wasting my effort...

October. And still nothing? Bad Santa.

Lego Ideas website: We'll be offline Wednesday, October 3rd from 11 am ET (3 pm UTC) for about 2 hours. I'm starting to afraid what they'll improve this time...

Please contact Lego Ideas team - on FB or whatever - because they seem to live in a fool's paradise.

Totally agree.

As far as I know - yes, this problem still exists. Some people are still waiting for the activation code. I can only say, that this is absolutely shaming for Lego. But they don't seem to care about it. They are happy with site improvements. I wonder what was the scale of votes devastation... And more to say - main Ideas page still looks like a garbage bin and expired project is still on one of the most visible places.
-
Its exact the same for me. More to say, as I posted earlier - I have information from potential supporters, that they still have trouble with login at Ideas webpage. I contacted the Lego Ideas team. They answered: "Our developers are currently looking into the issue. They pushed a fix last week Tuesday which resolved issues with activation codes for many users, but it's come to our attention over the last few days that it appears some are still having some issues. So this is definitely being looked at as we speak." Maybe they were too much looking, and too little fixing... Exactly, Ideas main page looks like a garbage bin. Ideas projects mixed with Rebrick entries. And the frosting on the cake - expired project at one of more exposed places. By the way - congratulations! I was so frustrated about login issues, that I missed this paper post. My project gained only web page article at narniafans.com (https://narniafans.com/2018/09/open-the-wardrobe-to-lego-narnia/). It's brought to me hundreds of FB likes and shares, but only a few dozens of votes...

OK, it's not funny. I get info from further potential supporters that they can't log in. What the f...? Is one of the biggest toy companies of the world unable to make theirs web page work properly? I contacted with Lego Ideas. And they answered: "I'm sorry to hear some of your potential supporters are having trouble logging in. Please ask them to write to us at support.ideas@lego.com so that we can look into the issue that's affecting them." This is getting ridiculous. They ask me to convince strangers to me to write to Lego and explain issues caused by theirs last "improvements". Those unsuccessful supporters are people outside the Lego community. They try to do something connected with Lego and if this doesn't work, they just quit it and don't care. And I guess that I know only about a small fraction of such cases. And since yesterday I have no new supporters, but I know that some people were trying to vote.

Thank you! Not bad so far - close to 700 votes.

Thanks to Narnia Fans (David Sutton) for posting info about this project! https://narniafans.com/2018/09/open-the-wardrobe-to-lego-narnia/

True. As a European I feel excluded by Thanksgiving sets... C'mon. I don't have to be Muslim to buy (and appreciate) mosque set. If non-christian people are buying Christmas related sets, then why the church would have to be problematic for them?
-
Well, it's not a lake, but some frozen water and motorised ice skater are here: Good point! You are probably right, but we may try to convince them...
-
Am I wrong or since few days the upper part of the Ideas main page is occupied by the same projects and nothing is changing there? With the expired one at 5th place.
-
I haven't heard about people offended by Playmobile churches or nativity scenes. I would rather say that the Lego reason for not doing churches is some kind of political correctness and fear about touching non-Christian people.
-
That would be awesome! All these animals...
