This is the only "rumour" that I found believable: "10251 Expert 1 Confidential". Just type in this URL: http://shop.lego.com/en-GB/Expert-1-Confidential-10251?p=1025151 -

The rumour about the Flower shop is something I read a year ago, even before the Detective agency was announced. Sorry I don't have the source, someone said it on another forum, can't remember which one it was. However, that did not turned out to be true at THAT time. Maybe a Flower Shop/ Green House will come in the future, I don't know... Actually, after some googling I found out that 'rumour' about the florist was first posted in this actual topic! "Herky - 18 Aug 2014" I do have to say that living in St Louis has been interesting the last couple of weeks, nothing like a few riots and looting in your town to keep things lively...that said, no, have not heard of any Lego looting. Just gas stations and convenience stores, but there does seem to be some copycat looting going on in other places in the city. Lego Store is in a well patrolled mall in the burbs here. We only rate one store in this city of 3 million metro population. Folks seem to sell Lego a lot in garage sales, one of my friends actually got a FB in a sale...$100 no box but directions included, building it now so we shall see if all the pieces are there. Since I know the store manager, I can't get away with the questions, but I may have to feed you some, just ask if the next modular is a florist with greenhouse out back, a new type of modular that is 5500 pieces considering the greenhouse has tons of clear panels and plants. -

Never bought a Ninjago set, I mostly collect Modulars, Star Wars and cool movie stuff, but this set is awesome! Might turn it into 1 big modular building... -

I've read something a while back about a flower shop, with a greenhouse in the back. How about that? -

Nice! I've watched the video but did not see any hidden clues... Let's hope we hear something soon! -

How about a nightclub? With disco-dancefloor, some DJ's and a cool record-store on the top floor? -

I saw the press release, it states: "Ferris Wheel measures over 23” (60cm) high, 21” (55cm) wide and 14” (38cm) deep" I think the modulars are 25,5 cm deep and 25,5 cm wide. It can fit nice, but I'm using the LACK Ikea shelf-unit on my wall, which has the perfect dimension for the modulars. The ferris wheel won't fit on it... -

Too bad the new Ferris Wheel doesn't have the right dimensions to fit within a modular street.
