    I check the picture of the finished model on the box, then check the list of the features. Then the question: could I build this thing without the instructions so that all the functions would work properly? For most of the sets the answer is: maybe. But there are a few (like 8043) where the answer is: absolutely no chance. Those sets have the wow factor, I call those complex. And I think those are the sets where Anio mentions the skill as the most important thing for design.

    Did you try killing only the app instead of restarting the whole phone? If that is not enough, then maybe it is a problem in the phones bluetooth handling?

    Not sure what do you mean by programming. You can download and run the sbrick app, but I don't think it is worth to do that without the sbrick itself. Also I guess there will be some massive update to the apps shortly.

    I only have access to iOS, is that "test 2" profile available for iOS, or anything similar? I only found profiles with only two channels, or the custom ones in the market, but they are pretty specialized.

    Could someone please tell me how can I access the profile Sariel was using around 6:30 of his video? ( ) Or any generic profile where I can access all the four outputs of the sbrick?Another thing: I read somewhere that it is a known bug that the motors stop as you pull the controls to their max range, and it will be fixed soon. Is this something which happens for everyone in every case, or there is a trick how you can avoid it? It happens to me all the time, and makes it really hard to use.

    There is. I can see the list of all the custom profiles people created, and I can very easily download and use any of them for free. For example I can download and use the profile Conchas created for the ultimate 8043 ( ). So this is really great. The only problem is that it is not yet possible to create my own custom profiles, but as I understand that will be possible shortly.

    Ok, I'm doing something wrong then. I'm using the iOS version of the app. I selected the set 42024 container truck (does it matter which one I select?) then I added all the five available profiles, and I also added my sbrick. Now if I select a profile, I can use that to control my vehicle, but all the four profiles has only two controls, so I cannot control more than four motors at the same time this way. What did I wrong? Can I use multiple profiles simultaneously?

    Thanks, great news. But meanwhile is it possible to control more than two channels? Or I am correct that I can only control two at the moment? Can't wait for the profile editor!

    Got mine today, great present for xmas. My question: how can I use more than two channels? It seems to me that the available five profiles all control only two channels. Ideally I would like to create custom profiles (I can already see many like that on the internet, for example ), is there a way to do that?

    I think so. The other advantage over the old 16t idle is that the direction doesn't matter when it is attached next to the ring. It doesn't matter for experienced customers, but I guess it is important for kids, less possibilities for an error when they build.

    I agree that the headlight was much better in the preliminary pictures, but otherwise I like the new front design more.

    It is a very interesting challenge. Simple as it is. And that is exactly what lego building is about, isn't it?

    Did anyone notice that the servo is not able to turn full 90 degrees when the vehicle is fully steered? Or I made a mistake when I assembled mine? Just look at the steering wheel, it turns about 80 degrees, but definitely not 90. Does it mean that the servo motor is stalling during steering?

    A few minutes ago I checked the kickstarter page, and noticed that only 499 of the £29 pledges are sold, one is available. Of course it was gone after a few minutes, but I'm wondering how is that possible? I thought it is not possible to cancel a pledge. It was definitely out a few days ago already.

    I wouldn't call this as pre-order, because you are not paying now. The money will be drained only if the campaign is successful (correct me if I'm wrong). And you have a good incentive to pledge: this way you help the project to happen. That is what the whole kickstarter campaign is about.

    Isn't it a problem that the front wheels steer a little to the sides when the servo is in neutral position? Anyway this looks stunning. When I see you posted a new MOC, I check immediately, because I know the quality will be exceptional. I envy your building skill, grats!

    I don't have high hopes for that. It would work well, if it was absolute, but with the current relative controller it would be hard to center the steering.
