Minifigures Series 16 Guessing Game
Cagast replied to Itaria No Shintaku's topic in Special LEGO Themes
September 2016? How? Euro 2016 series in spring and Disney series in fall. Here's my entry 1.Banana Suit Guy (I will say this every time until it happens!) 2.Hoverboarder from future 3.Steam Powered Robot 4.Forest Troll with a mace, maybe even female 5.Convict with orange shirt and a knife 6.Pirate Woman with a parrot with a new cool printing 7.Tourist 8.Gamer Girl with Player 2 shirt. Everyone knows it has to happen. 9.Baby with a new milk bottle mould 10.Olympic Weightlifter with new muscular arms mould 11.Cyborg Woman 12.Reggae Musician 13.Firefighter. I still can't believe this didn't happen in like series 3. 14.Evil Genie with red skin, black turban and beard 15.Referee 16.Baseball Catcher I really like this list. This one is best so far. -
I see. It has more covered cockpit and different front on some actual WWII pictures, that's what confused me.
-
That looks really great. But I feel like something is missing in the front of cockpit? Was that intentional?

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 15 Rumors and Discussion
Cagast replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I believe that's just how the computer rendered the image, while in reality we'll get properly colored legs. The reason why I see him as City is because he is so generic. That helmet makes him even less interesting than 2011 City astronauts. I was really hoping for a new mold, something like City piece but with the glass part covering only the front part of the head. My top list is 1.Satyr 2.Winged warrior 3.Shark Guy 4.Scary knight 5.Janitor -
Oh...you are right. I never actually saw that screen before and I got it mixed up with a similar screen that showed Exo Force reference in a Ninjago set. It's a Metal Gear reference indeed.
-
I don't think so. Well, you can say that any green military mech is a "subtle MG reference" then.
-
Exo Force.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 15 Rumors and Discussion
Cagast replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Some are very disappointing. The astronaut looks like a generic City figure. His headpiece is totally dull. I mean, I expected a new mold or something, not a regular City helmet. The same thing is with the farmer. I will get him just because of the pig. Animal control is a joke. But other than that, series 16 is pretty good. I love Satyr's flute. Last year it was disappointing to see the snake charmer with plain brown stick, this makes up for that. Janitor, satyr and winged warrior are my favorites. -
Lego Nexo Knights TV Series Discussion

When I said it has better animation I thought about graphics quality. But forget that, I watched the video in low quality settings. It actually is worse than Ninjago and Chima. Well that's sad. -
Ninjago Sets Lego Missed
Cagast replied to Sir Brickalot's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
The space truck they drove on the moon in the space episode. They would have a new astronaut suit design with parts of hair and colored bandanas printed on the faces so that the helmet can fit. It would also come with a few golden objects and a devastated spaceship part. -
So Many Lego 'Themes' - Where is TLG headed?
Cagast replied to DrJB's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Well, diversity is never bad, obviously that's how they attract wider audience. I don't think every fan of Lego is supposed to buy everything that's on shelf, lol. Lego collectors who buy sets from all themes just for the collection are rare. So no, they don't have to worry about that. -
Tried Fallout 4. Disappointing. BO3 and Battlefront are good although Battlefront doesn't have single player which I enjoyed. Now taking a break until Just Cause 3.

Lego Nexo Knights TV Series Discussion
Cagast replied to DuckBricks's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
Wow, so generic and disappointing. If the full episodes are like this, this could be less interesting than Chima, which I hated. Also, very poor jokes. At least the animation is better than Ninjago and Chima. But even if the real TV show is like this, I don't care because this first set line is great. -
Eh, I was hoping the library would be a well designed full building. Anyway, these sets are actually impressive and look much better than prelims, though some accessories are ugly. King's sword for example.

Okay. Penkid explained what I tried to say perfectly so I'll stop now. Um, Jay in Kryptarium? Is there a new episode or plot leak (and where)?- 4591 replies

O, really? That makes no sense. Yes, now it's accurate to the show but simply erasing it from his face after five years doesn't make much sense to me...

That's not the kind of 'sex' he was talking about. The question is, how was anyone born, if that's the case, but it obviously isn't.- 4591 replies

Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread
Cagast replied to Lance's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
The reason is, Emmet is literally a plastic figure. He lives in a world made of plastic, controlled by humans. It's a totally different universe than Ninjago. Why don't you see objects made of bricks in ninjago universe? Why don't you see characters losing their body pieces? Because creators of Ninjago made a different universe. Therefore Ninjago, Chima and most probably Nexo Knights are supposed to be humans with organs and circulatory systems, but presented in shape of Lego figures, just like loads of other cartoon characters who don't have normal bodies. There is also a reason why they didn't want to fully show naked Jay (as said by someone already). Seriously, if they don't have genitalia, how do you think characters from Lego cartoons are born? Maybe you think they are being created in actual LEGO factories within their universe? Now realize how ridiculous that is.- 4591 replies

Scary knight...Laser robot...are they running out of ideas? -
Yes it is a Castle theme, as it has, well, castles and knights. It's just not a historic theme.
