I think its a nice first MOC that portrays the scene well :) -
Not as impressive as that but I bought a snowspeeder, naboo pilot, stormtrooper, 2 x construction workers and a mini crane for 3.50 and when it arrived i founsd that the stormtroopers face was dr ocks and there wan an R2D2 in the snowspeeder :)

Buffy the Vampire slayer theme would have been cool, so many demons and monsters :) Sets could include the library (exciting no :)) The bronze (even more exciting) buffys house (soooo exciting) Seriously though I think it would have been an awesome idea, suddenly realised the sets were not that amazing in Buffy but hopefully the minifigures would make up for it :)

Cheers will do, the only parts that are worrying me are some of the helmets and the Niktu guards faces but I will get round it. :) -

Thanks Legoman, that screencap page is really useful as I have only been uising a site called skiffguiards for my info beforehand, there are some better stills on this site. I will be buying multiples of the new skiff i think, as well as maybe 2 jabbas palaces for the gamorrean and others. Thanks for the in depth answer dude, i ordered some of those heads this morning :) -

Does anyone know of anyone who has made their own versions of the skiff guards fro ROFTJ? I am making them at the moment (21 to make, including sale barge guards) and wanted to see what other people have come up with to see if mine are as accurate. I have already ordered lots of stuff from bricklink so im hoping i don't see anything that will make me think thats much better than my ideas, but at the same time it would be interesting for me to see what i could improve. Thanks. -

Hi, having come out of my dark ages two years ago and buying sets fairly often since then I am now ready (i think) to start making a diorama, the one that I am most interested in making is one of Jabbas palace, I know some people have made it before and they look really nice, so I was wondering if anyonme could give me hand as the main problem I can see is in finding parts to make jabbas various alien entourage. Anyone know any pieces that they have founf useful? I know some people will just say look on bricklink, but whats the point in having a forum if people can't share ideas they ahve had and help people new to this. Thanks -
This looks really good dude, definitely a lot like the film :) I'm hoping to do a moc of EV-9D9's secret workshop at some point in the future, so this has given me someinspiration.

The child head looks much older than the adult head

Any chance you have made instructions for buiklding it on LDD as its really awesome :)
-
Geonosian arena would be awesome, although i would rather see all 3 animals. Windu could always be in another set such as AOTC jedi rescue - the assualt ship they come in (not sure of its name) Windu, Ki adi Mundi, Yoda and some clones perhaps.
-
The information on jabbas palace on the front page is wrong I think The box says it comes with reeyees not zuckuss

+1 to Wily Manc for a quick and equal trade -
I love the mini daleks, they look perfect, saucer loos good but could do with smoother edge bricks used.

I really like this, nice attention to detail with the sewage pipes and the listening booth, will you make it in real life?
-
looks awesome mate, i would love to build that, not sure if the globe shape is right, but its supposed to be in fitting with the deathstar style so seems fine. How much would this cvost mate? Also how long did it take to build on LDD? I think you have made it accurate and playable :)

LEGO Collectable Minifgures Series 8 Rumours & Discussion
rakky replied to Piranha's topic in Special LEGO Themes
hes a legionnaire, not a centurion, I don;t think they always wore capes. I could be wrong though and it might depend on the historical era. -
Is this asda living or asda supermarket? I went to my asda supermarket and they didn't have any, I was so looking forward to it.
