Hope the sets released around new batman movie will aslo have movie-styled minifigures, like the new black version of that batman costume, also glad i have the old one. :D This is great news!

It's based of dead mans chest, where the sails weren't tattered, they were patched, but I'd rather have them all black than some cartoony patch print.

I think the ship look really good, the likeness is good enough. Curious to see the back of the cabin. Is the map new? Also whats on the back of the figurehead? ...I hate the piece they use to hold the flag, the piece they use as railing would look much better.

I would love a theme with Wizard of oz and Alice in wonderland. The BOOKS are in public domain so they wouldnt have to pay licencing fees. We already got A wicth in the minifigure collectibles, so maybe we'll get a tin man and a scarecrow aswell!

So, when is the next toy convention this might show up at? If there is any before its released.

Oh! This could be a good licence, i'd collect the minifigs if this happened! But i image lego people get invited to all of the events like this for diff movies that warrants toys. now that MARVEL is owned by DISNEY and lego has the disney licence it might be easier for them to make a new deal if the relationship has been good so far.

I wish they'd make a new torso for will, this is the correct one for this movie, but I want the more classic Will from the first, or the coolest looking with red shirt in At world end. The ship looks quite nice, but obviously im hoping the final version will be better.

i believe everyones ar elike that, its so that the cannon fuses in hes beard wont snap off as easily(I would brefer the beard without it to be honest)

Yeah the video on the lego site wasnt all that good(might be that it tailored it to my internet speed) and its my capturing softwares fault that the traces of the moving bricks show up. It would be nice if someone could upload the video from the London escape and QAR sets, or give me a code so i could do it

Build instruction video for Port Royal

Here is A link to the reward you get from completeing the games on the lego site LINK Its a Pdf image showing (what i assume is) the port royale you can make out of whitecap bay and london escape mentioned earlier. I also got the "treasure" for the whitecap bay card. when you enter the code a flash/java/soemthing pop up shows up with the video inside it, so theres no quick and easy way to simply link to it, but i got a recording of it that i might upload. Anyways, the video is just the LDD building instructions filmed, i think thye could atleast have put up the LDD file so people could get a better look!

Since the lack of a deck, and the open dissapointed quite few, I have made A suggestion on how to improve on this fairly easy (if you got the right parts) Here is the ship with and without the "upgrade". With upgrade: Without: The green yellow and bright red pieces are there to show you what I added to the ship. The Red plate is not as easy to remove after palceing as the others. For play some pieces might need some extra support! Plase share you own ideas on Mod'ing the ship. if anyone is intrested i can post the LDD file.
