  1. Not just you @Johnny1360 it’s not winning any fans here either
  2. I don’t understand what’s so wrong with waiting for the sets to be released.
  3. Sorry @Milan I was responding to earlier comment from @letsbuild.
  4. Well presented MOCs have received less responses.
  5. It’d be great to be able to view the video without having to sign up for Yahoo!
  6. That’s a lot of effort to put into a video for a B-model review. Very creative
  7. Great. I love it. With the laptop holding the build like that, I got the impression of the clock looking like a prop plane
  8. Ours had most of the Lego signed shelves filled with Playmobil today. It’s the lowest stock of Lego I’ve ever seen in TRU. So, no chance of seeing 2018 Technic for a while.
  9. Picked a copy up yesterday. Though I’ve now got things keeping me too busy to get time to build it
  10. Looks and function. This has it all. I am impressed at the manoeuvrability when turning round.
  11. I like this module. It’s a nice concept. It would be good to have hoppers to mock up the supply of material for the moulding.
  12. I love sorting. I find it quite relaxing. The problem I find is that I’m much less creative with a sorted collection than I am when I have to search for pieces.
  13. Awesome work @Berthil. Thank you for your efforts.
  14. The worst I’ve had, with 100’s of orders, is a few missing pieces on a few orders. All have been resolved with impressive speed.
  15. Just how long do you anticipate sorting to take?! Happy New Year to all.
  16. I really like the garbage truck. It’s better than some A-models. Mack must be really pleased with the license agreement.
  17. Great C-model The view from the cab side could do with a little more yellow but, that’s one of the restrictions that C-modelling brings.
  18. 8110 Unimog for £60. Used and a little dusty but, otherwise in perfect condition.
  19. Really like the use of the differential.
  20. Second for @Dawid_Szmandra‘s Liebherr. HoF was made in anticipation of a build like this.

@Milan thank you for the detailed response. @nerdsforprez I understand the material differences, I was just intrigued by the comparison. I imagine the joints will fail on the Lego, before the beams themselves.
  22. The first thought that sprang to mind was “Why?” Then I started thinking about blade profiles, cyclical cutting motions (in place of hacking ) ... I don’t know if I’m inspired or just going a little crazy

Ridiculous! How does the lift capacity compare to the real thing? Forgive my ignorance but, I have no idea how lifting 33% of its own mass compares to the world of cranes.
  24. This looks great, as has been said, close to the real world. One question, have you thought how you would build this into a vehicle and introduce the link to a steering wheel?
  25. Have I clicked on the wrong thread? Or are you all “speculating” based on an image?
