I have always thought that the sets aren't the actual form of the characters. The fact that designers draw it in this style proves it. This is also a reason why set accurate characters in future films hopefully will not be the thing.

Well Bionicle did use nearly all of the same armour from 2006 till the end. After 2016 kicks in, I believe nobody can mistake the sets as Hero Factory. Now that the basics are done in 2015, it's time for new shells in the next, hopefulluy even before on 2015 summer wave.

Seriously they could handle it in a way that it's up to you decide where the toa are from, just start it with the six lights crashing to Okoto. I hope the story team will simply say that the six toa on Okoto are the six original toa. I don't have to know more. And if no more is not hinted I hope this really is a completely new universe and not just timetravel. If this indeed is hinted to be timetravel it's very much possible that the protectors are the "evolution" of toa, matoran, glatorian and agori in the future. Or the best thing possible, Great Beings in the past. Throughout the story with toa we discover how some of the protectors evolve into godlike creators they are. And that possibly Ekimu's brother is Velika who was called Makuta in the past and is the origin of Teridax by corrupting him when Mata Nui created the makutas. Lego seems to be all about the word "creation" now so why not slap on the new story characters that start with only a little imagination and some of them will evolve into "masterbuilders". Same with the six toa. Protectors become toa and discover later the power of creation. I can't help but to think that a past Great Being Tahu watches from his majestic tower on Spherus Magna while his present one runs around collecting golden armour. Also, when toa and matoran were created, I believe they were more reflected of the great beings themselves and not the agori and glatorian, as they tried to create superior species. I think I need some sleep, I'm going way overboard with this now :P

Well when we already had pics of Takanuva, yes. But the name was never hinted before or anything of the actual sets. It was only the propechy of the seventh toa.

I added the axle hole for inserting weapons and such.

It's possible to use it for building torsos as well and so on. The more symmetrical it is, the more purposes it can fill.

-Attach the gearbox alone to a metru style hip piece and so on. If possible add waist articulation. This also gives possibilty to use the gearbox torso upside down. -Give us on easier way of attaching shells on eachother rather than T-piece. The base of the torso created from more than one piece -Fill the gaps in shells (new shells or thicker bones) -Bring back the joint connection system of using female-female bones attached to "elbow"male-male -Make it possible to add armor addons without shells. -Piston-esque shells with "minifig bars" -Actual moving fingers -More feminine looking sets (A piece on a male toa's shoulder could be used on chest instead to create the effect and no new mold needed for a breastplate alone). My wishlist basicly for Bionicle Gen 2. It's much more than Lego will probably deliver throughout the years. I would say the present CCBS system not yet outstands the Bionicle one, but it's sure getting close and will eventually become better.

They should have made red or at least orange eyes for Tahu and Pohatu the others are fine, but I guess that would've been too "evil". I hope we get rid of the red eyes being evil soon, even hero Factory didn't have that problem.

They were pretty much clones yeah but all of them had a drastically different design compared to other clone sets. They didn't use the same pieces all the time like Hero Factory. If we get some new bones and torsos in summer/2016 that's enough for me.

I remember creating some skins for Breakout, really it bothers me that the PC version doesn't let you change the form of the character much as console versions. But I guess I could try... Back to topic. The golden mask could literally have no meaning in the story and will be in the sets just to "balance" it with the masters. Likely so, did transparent Avohkii had really any meaning? No.

What TLR did good was the animation... however it was not accurate at all to the story. They had fans and tech all over their body and they were supposed to be organic beings. However I think they did even set design wrong for them. But what made this especially funny was how the sets were portrayed semi-organic like they should be back in 2003-2005 movies. Legend Reborn and the HF tv-show weren't that appealing to the audience and so I think IFB was the last we saw of that style.

If the animations get more recognitizion than thought, I believe they give a nice bonus to budget and evetually have a show of Bionicle episodes in 2016 or so on.

Sry I ask this again, but why this was not posted on their Facebook The image shows temple of time according to the team. It was not mentioned but it also has clearly 5 (sixth is probably just out of the picture) energy beams coming towards the island of Okoto and the crash of one.

They uploaded the presentation pics to their Facebook page. EXCEPT there is no pic featured of the temple of time and the six different colours (toa?) crashing to Okoto. Featured in 28:30 Are they guarding a secret or why it isn't there?

I don't really get what you are saying. It's just Trajan Pro... http://www.fontpalac...janPro-Regular/ It was used in old BIONICLE and the new BIONICLE has a bolded version of it.

As a fan of the show it bothers me that other fans don't understand why people dislike what they do. Whetever it's just having a unicorn hat on or wings in a convention, or showing it down others throats in other forums. The world has norms, sure some of them should be breaked but because we have them you shouldn't think that all others broke them too. Also the LMB is full of kids, and the bionicle one is full off at least non-adults. Keep that in mind when reading the LMB. And just to keep this not derailing into the MLP thing again... Whetever it's a soft reboot or not I think Greg himself at this point doesn't have a clue. It's more up to the new story team.

I really like the new head but the brain/eye thingy being wobbly is kinda unnecessary. Especially if the masks are so easy to pop off even without them.

I'm okay with printing and both stickers. But I don't get why they designed there to be one. The idea about this being a prequel is interesting but I don't see it really happening. But I can get around the idea. Though where are all the glatorians, have they just not (")born(") yet? This also gives me a sort of feeling that if this was the case then Teridax and Velika must have a connection. When we find out where the toa are crashed from and the temple of time we find out what kind of connection this has. I can already hear marketing words "Return to save the future!" Seriously, the quicker we find out. The better. It really isn't than confusing plot point since everyhting that happened in old story can just be skipped with this.
