Remember when Ninjago sets became selfwarmers due to their brittle parts, convoluted story, same build repeated over and over again, gave no profit, stores didn't want to sell them and it got axed? Me neither.

I'm rather surprised that the only pre-built piece on the torso is a small torso. I expected Vader to have the wide medium one as well so it's rather nice surprise and gives the set a reason to to cost that much.

Don't forget the fact this year was more expensive than most of it's >2008 years (not counting in the playsets because just... ugh) even if we "only" had 18 sets. And by the looks of it Winter 2016 is going to cost at least five bucks more, depending of the estimated 30$ cost of Kopaka and Melum if it will go up from that.

Then your opinion is based on a very vague information.We indeed have same masks in multiple colors, language and hints of Makuta's presence, past of the toa (a thing we can hopefully look for after 2017) and of Okoto's past, even the fact that the protectors used the mask of time to summon the toa means that there is a change to get a set wearing it. There are tons of stuff we can look up to. And no, there is place for imagination, for example the toa traveled for weeks to find their golden masks, what if Lewa encountered a biomechanic tiger on the way? Or Gali found herself almost eaten by a shark?

I'd like to point out that the ghost lists set numbers are before the uniters. This alone confirms it as a fake. http://i.ytimg.com/v...xresdefault.jpg And only thing ghost like the playtester described were the projectiles. He also said those could had been just slime-y. He said only seeing his nephew and others playing with them afar. So was what he said true or not there is no point speculating at this point. I see the lack of leaks is getting to everyone but the wait is easier if people don't remind about it every second. Last year the another type of catalog was spotted in the late September and a day before that Meso found the pictures from some store site... It's not uncalled for that it would take all the way to the NYCC but I seriously doubt it. Edit: Well I was afraid that seperating sets and the story topic wouldn't work all that well. Guess I was right.

Old and brittle designs... no thank you. agori/avmatoran parts are trash, rest you mentioned are just un-usable or don't fit the style of CCBS besides the HF 1.0 feet but they were made strictly for that theme. I'm holding my hopes to see Kopaka's sword because it still existed in 2010 as did the rahkshi spear, but I would rather see new molds that try fit into the Bionicle aesthetic and are versatile enough for other themes.

The difference is that she's an individual character rather than cannon fodder like the rest of the stormtrooppers and presumably very important character to the plot. But from a set point I can understand.

I've taken some look onto the new characters and I could almost guarantee that they will make Captain Phasma: http://oyster.ignimg...-7/f/f7/Ph2.jpg, the mold for her helmet already exists afterall. And counting the whole thing would only need recolored helmet, torso, leg shells and shoulder add-on if they were to use gunmetal. And in case it was silver then even less.

There's no competition and I doubt there'll ever be, it's Axalara T9. And I like to keep it separate from creature+rider combo which goes to Vezon and Fenrakk. -

For these reasons I've never have an account there, I can agree that without it there wouldn't be this reboot but the rest of the stuff it has done I can really describe only with mean words.

Two balljoints is far too much friction for such a small thing like that, remember that Onua only uses one. And I gotta say that thing ain't a beauty either. But the concept itself could work.

I didn't mention it because at this point it's pretty much the color for "evil" and fire so I think Pohatu having it is a no go. I only could see them changing Gali's to dark trans blue to differentiate from ice and Tahu's to trans-yellow.

Yeah, I would like some tan on pohatu too and it would work fine dark orange like it does on Huki and some gray and black... but thinking of using tan with phosp. green makes me puke.

Doubt we will see a pink eyestalk, it just feels unnecessary. Whatever Makuta will be protector sized or not I think he'll just have orange eyes, Ekimu didn't have blue so I wouldn't be that surprised. I know it's not budget friendly but the toa need individual molds for their weapons. It just isn't right and it's rather strange why Onua and Pohatu got them. sure they can be used on other sets after that and I was rather surprised not to see the axe piece or Onua's hammer get re-used. And Leewan, is there something you can hold onto while using the gimmick? This is the problem I encountered with my spider too. And I don't think your's looks too complicated so having creatures like that might not be out of the question. Would be wonderful if they still could have the spring shooter.

I don't get why they made skullspiders fit so stiff but the rest of the masks just wobble. The skullspider one should have been the standard.

I've stated my opinion on him elsewhere but fake leaks like these raise false hopes and even if we don't see any leaks before the actual sets there's a great change I'll be disappointed of them because this troll set the bar too high...

I really doubt they would just Make Makuta a re-skin of Ekimu, but there's the problem that the MoCo has to be fitting for his color scheme too. But they for sure won't try to sell gold and purple guy as a baddie unless he has some large changes to his animation version.

It's kinda funny because Hordika actually had some friction on their geared arm due to the blue pin.

There's a really easy fix, stretch the thing enough so it gives friction or put a black pin in there. One has to wonder why Lego didn't make it so in the first place. I would liked to have a stand that had even tried to represent the forge.

If they want to avoid the seventh toa a creature would be fitting. A really evil looking horse or dragon are my guesses.

If the chest piece is flat like the one we have now I doubt they won't print it. From last year's preliminaries only Tahu had print anyways. But if the chest piece has now more detailed texture and is less flat they might not get printed.

There's also the thing that this isn't solely about Bionicle. People are even more careful about this because it features Lego's next "BIg Bang" Nexo-Knights. That is what got the moderators on the run and blocking his PM.
