How do you display your models? With or without stickers?
hallonsylt posted a topic in LEGO Star Wars
Hi dear forum! How do you display/store your models? Do you keep stickers on or off? I havent been collecting for too long, two years now, and I'm not sure wheather I should keep them on or just have the bricks plain. Bought some models new and seal and some are used. A bunch of them has really bad sticker quality while others are looking nice. I guess value wise it is better to have the stickers on, but the models are way easier to keep clean wihtout them, especially the ones where the stickers are starting to give in. I could not think of any better place to get my questions answere than here. Thanks. Edit: I know this is more of a general question, not specified for Star Wars, but this is the only forum I follow on Eurobricks. -

Could we ever see a remake of these UCS sets
hallonsylt replied to Distorted Vision's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Very nice man! Re-make of the Y-Wing would be sick. Still think they can't re-make the old huge ones. They should remain veeery special, else they can just scrap the whole UCS. -
This made me happy!!

[MOD] UCS Sandcrawler 75059, the snot project
hallonsylt replied to Adamskii's topic in LEGO Star Wars
This is truely worthy the UCS-stamp. Man, so many models lately that the community has made TLG look like fools. -
That's the way to do it!!

:') Good job!

Me like!

There is not much that can compete with the UCS models. 1. Y-Wing; my favorite ship in general. Even though the first one is fantastic, I would not mind a re-make. 2. Imperial Shuttle; havent built it yet. But man, this thing is huge. The model is spot on. Would have been nr.1 if I wasn't such a fanboy of the Y-Wing. 3. Rebel Snowspeeder; This think looks like a tank(if tanks could fly). Least favorite. Sandcrawler; just something about it, build process and everything, that I dont like. Took me half a year to finish it, hahaha.

This post really made me smile, job well done!!

Word. I'm so butthurt, can't get over the fact they call these playsets UCS. It's not really a problem, but man... It bothers me.

This is fantastic work, simple yet very detailed! Still a bit wondering why TLG wont release models like this...

OH. MY. GOSH. That is sooo nice. It is so simple, still looks sharp.

FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC! What I love most about this build is that it is in a nice scale and manageable size as another user commented. For me, this is the best model we've had so far as a model which could be an official set.

It actually droped my jaw! Never seen before, edgy and veeery well built. GOOD JOB
