What?!! Amazing price, Buy It Now, free shipping, 100% feedback rating. Oh so tempting! Looking at his feedback, he sold lots of those micro SD accessories for cents each...

With all the big amazon orders people have been making, can anyone tell me if Australia charge any customs duty or fee for importing a large amount of goods (i.e. Lego) say, for over $1000? I've found the answer to my own question (should've done that first ): there's a duty on goods assessed at more than AU$1000

    Which set should I buy?

Well, since the votes are overwhelmingly in support of the Imperial Flagship, it looks so obvious now. I'm also looking at another set, but I'm not sure if it's a fair comparison. Would you the Imperial Flagship or the Shuttle Adventure?

    Which set should I buy?

I would like to buy one of the big ships available at the moment. It's a choice between the Imperial Flagship or the Queen Anne's Revenge. Which is the better set in your opinion, and was it worth the price for you? Thank you!

I'm trying to decide between the Imperial Flagship and the Queen Anne's Revenge. I'd like the Queen Anne for the figs, but the Flagship seems to have lots of detail. Any thoughts on this conundrum? Wasn't there a thread where I could pose a "Which set should I buy?" question? I couldn't find it after a quick search. Did you happen to see any POTC sets available?

Perth store doesn't have any flagships. I would have liked to have picked one up as well. They have moved the lego near the escalators, for the toy sale I guess. They had the new creator house, lighthouse and the Motorised excavator ($350 )

That Atlantis set is for the Raider, and the description is correct. It's only the picture that shows the City of Atlantis set. If only it was really selling for $40, I would buy at least two of them without hesitation. But I doubt that DJs would actually send a City of Atlantis for that price...

    I am from Singapore

Hello there! Why don't you say a couple of things about yourself? Such as what Lego themes you're into, what brings you to Eurobricks, and so on... To answer your question, WhiteFang is from Singapore, and he's one of the moderators here! Welcome!

When is the sale supposed to start? On the website, it says it starts on March 10 (based on WA postcode), but the catalogue image says today!

    Ocean wave

I created this ocean wave recently and would like some feedback on it. I was inspired by I Scream Clone's wonderful "Life's A Beach" scene with the very nice collectible minifigs. I'm guessing this topic belongs in town, because of the diving sets and seaside MOCs I've seen in this theme. If it perhaps belongs somewhere else, let me know. So anyway, this involved a lot of repetitive building in a pattern. Ocean wave 1 As you can see, the wave is composed of 1x1 round bricks and 1x2 plates, and curves into the tube shape. Ocean wave 2 I would like to improve the look of the water at the base of the wave. Do you have any ideas? Ocean wave 3 I think the design has great potential for other creations. Thank you for looking.

Got a Toys R Us email saying that if you show up Tuesday morning, you can get sale items early, but only for that morning. Hmm...

MOC: Space shuttle crawler transporter and launch complex

To. Die. For. Reminds me of Crawler Town by DeGobbi, but at least this is realistic. I forgot that there was such a vehicle in real life!

That looks very good! And to think I just saw a DHL van posted as well. Now we just need all the couriers lined up together!

    Ocean wave

Ah yes, I see what you mean with that part. I could mix it up with the other ones to give it a... undulating look. Thanks for that! Yes, I will try scattering white bricks into it. I would like to widen it, so hopefully I can have waves of different sizes. Thank you for your comment.
