I could give you an example? The Funko Pop figures or the Mystery Minis, they make DC ones and they make marvel ones. The DC ones are solid figures with maybe articulation in the head. The Marvel ones are bobble heads. The reason behind this is that Hasbro has exclusive rights to marvel action figures but with DC anyone can make a DC figure, with the correct licensing of course. The same applies for star wars, lego are unable to produce star wars sets that only have minifigures, there must be a building aspect to them. So right now DC is arguably the biggest lisence Lego has available to put in a CMF line compared to Marvel or Star Wars as they just don't have the rights to make "action figures" based on those properties. Does that make any sense? -

I don't think any of the other minifigs are exclusive to that set. Perhaps he is in a set that has yet to be revealed? Or maybe he's in a poly bag. From what I've gathered target seem to stock many polybags. Although I don't think polybags have ever had an exclusive figure in them. Have they? -

It all depends on location. Some countries release the sets earlier than others. If they followed the "rules" we wouldn't actually see any sets till January. -

Yeah, Minifigure wise I'd expect Nick Fury and maybe Coulson. Unless they want to tie it into Cap 2. Then we could get a Winter Soldier minifigure and Cap in either his stealth suit or the WW2 one! -

The Bizarro Pack could be based on the Lego Bizzaro Movie coming out, which features Darkseid as the main villain. So he's still possible. And is Raven really not in the game? I'd assumed that from all the Raven fans she would be in it. -

Interesting, the WW minifigure is based on the original New 52 design for WW. Not the final design you see in comics. Batman looks awesome. I just want to see cyborg, hawkman and Darkseid up close now. -

A trailer for the movie was released. The Justice League is built up of every 2015 Justice League minifigure except Hal Jordan who for some reason has been replaced by Guy Gardner. Could this suggest we are getting a Guy Gardner minifig in 2015? -

It was attached to the tweet Chris Miller sent out after The Lego Batman Movie was announced. So it's legit to some capacity. The Batmobile in the movie had all the bat symbols. -

Yeah, lego would never make a suicide squad branded set, but they most likely will capitalise of the sudden popularity of the characters from the movie by putting them in sets that year. -
