Rail Road Excavator Atlas
Tji-chan posted a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Hoi hoi Here the photo's of the Atlas rail-road excavator for narrow track rail. The model is based on the Atlas 220 WWR "Sterke Hufter" (Strong **hole) Normely it's working under the rail catenary and have no problem to lift 10 ton whit the boom completly set out to the frond. I don't now or there realy exists a narrow track model but this model is made for Lego rails. One thing that is not correct on the model is the pneumatic cilinders, The real model have underlying cylinders, On my model the are situated on top of the boom. All the boom functions are pneumatic, The rail wheels can go up and douwn by small air cylinders. It roles and turn manual, Made als some equipment for it like a rail stabilizer, weed control unit, a hook , excavator bugget small and midium, and a jip.. Hope you like it. ps hope my post is easier to read if not pleace say so ! Part 2 Loading a truck whit air The weed control unit in action The rail stabilizer in action More photo's you can find here. http://www.mijnalbum.nl/Album=IVIEUYC4 Muddy- 13 replies

Hoi hoi My name is Muddy, 45 jears old and i'm from Holland. I have 2 cats the love the Lego as match as i dou. Fotographie and cicling are 2 auther hobby's of my. I start bilding whit Lego again about 6 jears ago, and bild most of the time construction relatad machiens. My most favo are crane's and made alrady a lot of them, Using Lego Technic and the normal briks. For me the bilding of a model is all the funn, So models have a livespan from several minits to max a week, Somtime's i keep them a bit longer but that's only when a don't need the briks on that model. If you want to see some of my models you can take a look on mij album. http://www.mijnalbum.nl/Album=DZ8CCJIG Hope you like it. Til so far a bit about myself. See you Muddy

Tji-chan replied to legolijntje's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Hoi hoi I voted no. There are stil some basic briks missing like a axel 11,13,and 15. I never incounterd a peice from a creator or technic set whit only one use until nouw. -

Sennabogen 5500 Starlifter
Tji-chan posted a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Hoi hoi One of my latest creations is a Sennabogen 5500 Starlift. It's almost completly rc controld, Only the driving of the crawler tracks are manual. I hade not inoff space in the underbody te make pf in it and make ik louw, The underbody is only 3 studs high. All the functions in the supere structure are rc. The model is made so that it can ereckt itself. And transported on trucks. I realy love the dragline but the real model can't be equipt whit a dragline bugget. The turntable for the crane is reinforst (later more about that) Think that some pic's will thel the rest of the story. (Don't no of i my post all the pic's in one post if not pleas say so thx ) Muddy Part 2 Muddy Part 3 If you like to see houw i made it you can take a look over here. http://www.mijnalbum.nl/Album=6MXLQY3Y Injoin it Muddy- 13 replies
