my girlfriend also loves lego. which explains the huge numbers. She loves the city themes while i prefer the licensed themes.

I've only been collecting Lego since 2009 and I've accumulated 1765 sets and I've got them all in bags which I store them in plastic tubs/containers. And I've officially ran out of room. I've contemplated storage but dont want to part with them. What the hell do I do? I could give up but I love collecting Lego so much and next year looks even better than this year.

I hope we get Batgirl and Kara/Supergirl. We need more female minifigs.

my vote went to the spartan but almost clicked elf.

Did anyone else get the email from Lego VIP asking them help us create a new LEGO® set? Then asked to pick the best collectible minifig from series 1-3. I picked spartan. Anyway at the bottom in the fine print it said: The top 5 minifigures will be announced in the November email newsletter and the set will be exclusively available to VIP Members to purchase in 2012 So where getting a set from one of the minifigs.

My family know but that's it. I work at Bigw and when they say "geez, buying more lego?" I tell them it's for my little brother. I want to tell them hell yes it's for me then educate them.

My local Target has 28 Diagon Alleys! And they told me there were more out back!!!! Crazy. And I'm only in Bendigo.

The only thing spectacular at my bigw where i work was the store manager. 5 foot nothing saying to the crowd being the store opened: "This is my f'n store. any of you c***'s run, push, talk out of turn, I'm f'n shutting down this store and all you bast**d's can f'n go home emptyhanded." And it went on like this for 20 minutes. And no one complained or said a word in protest.

God I hope so. All stores should do this.

Got the sets I wanted at my local myer and the woman at the counter asked if i had a myer one card and when i replied 'no' she said 'you do now' and gave me the discount. Score!

nearly $50 which is a ridiculous price for it. Looks good though. I couldnt help think it was someone's mistake putting it out so early considering the U.S doesnt get it until August.
