    LEGO Dimensions Wishlist

Good Lord, you're right... For some reason I thought Mega Bloks was owned by Hasbro... Such a shame... :(

I wonder how much longer it's gonna take for LEGO and Mattel to realize that LEGO Masters of The universe would be a match made in Heaven...

Really can't wait to get my hands on that Goonies pack! That's gonna be so awesome!! What I wonder though is if you'll be able to bicycle through the levels... I mean- The Goonies bicycling through the Goon Docks was such an iconic part of the film that I'd really be disappointed if you couldn't use bikes in the LEGO game... It would be so cool if you could jump on a bike at the push of a button (like LEGO Dimensions Harry Potter jumping on his flying broomstick) or if you could lend a bike at one of those bike racks already in the game...

Yeah, you're right... Thanks for the help, man! Downloading right now... :D But so if the new worlds are still seperate downloads after all, I wonder what was in the big update I did yesterday... It was -like- 7 Gig or something... Some patch!... ;)

Downloaded and installed the big update for PS4 yesterday night, ready for the new sets! Then this morning I wanted to go to that console in the game HUB where you could choose which worlds you wanted do download... Couldn't find it... Wasn't there. I specifically remembered there was such a menu for the start of Year 2 'cos I downloaded the A-Team world there seperately. Thought it was a good idea to be able to download only the worlds you wanted to play and not clutter the HD unnecessarily. What gives? Were all new worlds downloaded in the last update anyway or what? AAANYWAY... Going to look for the new stuff in stores today. Yaaay!

Now that we've had / are getting Ghostbusters, BTTF, Gremlins, The Goonies, E.T. and the A-Team, next on my LEGO Dimensions wishlist would be a MacGyver Fun Pack. The real MacGyver (as portrayed by Richard Dean Anderson) that is- obviously not this new failed reboot. I mean- what cultural icon is a better and more resourceful builder (and therefore a match made in Heaven for LEGO) than ol' Mac? I sure hope LEGO don't dismiss MacGyver because he doesn't have a signature vehicle to include in the Fun Pack... In the course of the seven seasons, Mac had at least four main vehicles such as a Jeep Cherokee Chief, a Jeep Wrangler, a 1946 Chevy pick-up and his grandfather's 1957 Chevy Nomad. My personal favourite would be the Chevy pick-up but you can pick any other car you want, LEGO :) PS: Oh yeah, a big buildable LEGO Victorinox could also be cool to include! :D

Actually, I 'd be amazed if 'The A-Team' and 'Knight Rider' will be rebooted any time soon... Both have had failed reboot attempts fairly recently (2010's 'The A-Team' movie and the 2008 'Knight Rider' show) MacGyver's getting a new show though... MacGyver, LEGO! MacGyver! :p

Looking forward to The Goonies, Gremlins, A-Team, E.T. and Knight Rider. (Does it show I grew up in the eighties?) :) Actually, I remember proposing The Goonies and Gremlins as possible franchises on the LEGO Dimensions forum shortly after the original game came out. :D I wonder how many Goonies figures we'll be getting... I guess they can't do ALL of the Goonies but I hope we'll get more than just the one Sloth figure...

Marvel Superheroes 2016 Rumors And Discussion

Yeah, that street corner is great. Screams NY right away. :) Now if only Marvel and Fox could bury the hatchet so we could get a Fantastic Four with their Fantasticar set and I'll be a happy camper. As long as I'm dreaming, I would like that set to also include the Silver Surfer. :(
  13. Sounds cool, Hawklord! :D Thanks again for the help guys! Lotsa possibilities! I'll certainly look further into them :)
  14. That sounds interesting, Hawklord! Feel free to share your rules once you're finished :) For the moment I was thinking of using a modified version of these rules: http://dominowriting.com/SimpleMinisRevised.pdf Anyway, thank you very much for the help, guys! Much appreciated. Those 4X4 plates will probably work best. Not only can you decorate them, you can also for example place a number of studs representing the number of times you can use a certain special ability. Oh yeah- Davee was right, I totally switched the names Lego Dimensions and Disney Infinity. Big fan of both, actually. :)
  15. Hey y'all, I'm thinking of playing some sort of simple miniature wargame-type game with my missus using our Marvel superhero minifigs... Now I was wondering what to use as a base for the figures... Something round ideally, close to the diamater of your typical miniature game bases... Actually, the bases of the LEGO Infinity figures are perfect but sadly not very practical for several reasons. What LEGO brick, plate, piece or simple construction would you guys use? Thanks, Cliff
